Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)We were tenants at a property in Raynes Park managed by Jade at Samuel Estates and were very happy with the service provided. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

Rocco was very polite, patient, helpful, supportive and attentive to my daughter and I. I was very pleased with the service I was given and would highly recommend him.
10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sadly not the company they once were; as a managing agent they are chasing me for service charges despite me having instructed an agent and these deatils being advised some time ago. The excuses given were staff name changes amnd absence - seriously? No apology, just a referral to the complainst process. There are far better companies providing these services

Acorn lettings have been so helpful, responsive and friendly. They love their job so much the really go above and beyond without realising. I can totally relate! From start to finish, the team handled everything with a level of professionalism and care that made the entire process stress?free. Having dealt with other agents in the past, I can confidently say this was a refreshing change. Compared to our previous experience, the team here managed every detail smoothly and efficiently, keeping me informed at every stage. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt that they genuinely had my best interests in mind. I’m incredibly grateful for how well everything was managed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and highly professional estate agent.

She made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

In particular their sales progression team (we dealt with Lisa mainly) were excellent - kept us up to date and handled everything professionally and personably. Would highly recommend.
