5th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)I had a wonderful experience renting my studio with this agency! I wasn’t in the UK at the time and could only do online viewing, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The agent was friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer my questions, which made the whole process much easier. I’m also very happy with the maintenance service. When I reported that one of the light bulbs needed replacing, it was taken care of very quickly. The communal areas of the building are also kept clean regularly. The building itself is in excellent location and within walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants and transport stations. Close to the parks, too—great for a morning run! Overall, it has been a pleasant renting experience and I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reliable letting agent.
2nd Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

25th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Absolutely shocking the service received. The staff do not know how to communicate with each other. They do not even know what is going on with a client. Stay away. All they care about is their fees. No professionalism from this company. They will waste your time.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. 25th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)There were some hiccups due to taking over from a previous management company but I am now receiving excellent service. Mirko in particular has been extremely helpful acting promptly to sort out any issues. He has put my mind at rest.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!
12th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

11th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

It was quite hard to arrange a viewing with the sellers but I really felt like Vito really looking out for me throughout the whole process and wanted the best for me as a person, not just for the sale. This didn't go unnoticed and I'm really grateful for this.
