17th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Firstly I would like to mention, from the moment I walked into the office both the rental and sales team where really welcoming and very helpful.<br><br>I was selling my flat and I honestly can't fault the service I received. Communication in my opinion is super paramount and this was excellent throughout. They were helpful, always called me back, listened to me with my concerns and I never once felt ignored or left out on a limb. Shaira and Sian who where dealing with my sale from start to finish were an excellent team and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Your Move, Wallington, Surrey. A big thank you to you both and keep up the good work.

They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.
14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

10th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)I rarely leave reviews like this, but after months of problems, I feel prospective tenants should know about our experience with Johns&Co Nine Elms.<br><br>We pay £4,100 per month for a furnished two bedroom apartment in a high end development, yet the experience before and after signing could not have been more different.<br><br>Even basic information about the building was wrong. We were told parcels could be collected from the concierge, but our collection point is actually in another building at the opposite end of the development. We were also told we could access the gym directly through a basement entrance in our building. After moving in, we discovered that entrance had apparently been closed for one or two years. Small things, but they show how little knowledge the agents appeared to have about the building.<br><br>The move in experience was much worse. We were promised professional cleaning. Instead, the apartment was full of unwanted items, greasy cookware, old furniture and rubbish. There was hair across the floors and sofas and dirt in the bathroom.<br><br>We delayed our move by TWO DAYS to allow them to sort this out. Even after those two days, nothing had been removed. We ended up spending almost an entire week cleaning and dealing with everything ourselves. We also incurred additional accommodation and moving costs, with no meaningful compensation.<br><br>Then there is the furniture. KRISTEN told us she would inform the landlord that we might want one of the two large sofas removed and made it clear that this would not be a big issue. After moving in, we discovered the landlord had NEVER EVEN BEEN INFORMED. They only found out after we raised it again and understandably had never agreed to remove the sofa. We are now expected to either keep both sofas or potentially spend over £1,000 ourselves storing one.<br><br>The second bedroom also had no bed despite being rented as a furnished two bedroom property. A bed was provided only after our rent was increased by £100 PER MONTH. The bed and mattress supplied appear to be an extremely basic setup costing nowhere near what that additional rent will amount to.<br><br>The crack in the wall perfectly summarises our experience. I noticed it BEFORE signing and specifically asked KRISTEN about it. She confirmed it would be repaired. I even questioned this AGAIN before signing because it was not written into the contract and was reassured that it would be dealt with.<br><br>It wasn’t.<br><br>After moving in, we were told it would be repaired within a week. That didn’t happen either. Later, we were told the landlord considered it cosmetic and did not want to repair it.<br><br>RAYAN then told us that because it wasn’t in the contract, they were under no obligation to repair it and we should have put it into the contract if we wanted it guaranteed. This was particularly ridiculous considering I had SPECIFICALLY raised that concern with KRISTEN before signing.<br><br>I even asked RAYAN to bring KRISTEN back into the conversation to clarify what she had promised us. He refused, saying our relationship with KRISTEN had become too strained and involving her could escalate the situation.<br><br>After months of back and forth, we eventually agreed that the crack would be dealt with when we returned to London in September, provided we continued paying rent on time. We kept our side of the agreement. We are now back, and once again our messages about arranging the repair are being ignored.<br><br>The communication before and after signing is honestly remarkable. Before signing and paying, KRISTEN was extremely responsive and constantly followed up with us. Afterwards, replies could suddenly take days. Once RAYAN became involved, KRISTEN essentially disappeared from the conversation, despite many of the original assurances coming directly from her.<br><br>This isn’t about one small inconvenience. It is months of inaccurate information, promises not being followed through, poor preparation of the property, additional costs and incredibly frustrating communication.<br><br>Based on our experience, I personally would NOT rent through KRISTEN or RAYAN again.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.<br><br>If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!
