25th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off. At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before. I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself. I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.
3rd Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I had such a great experience with Cray Norton Estate Agents when buying my property, I couldn’t recommend them enough! From the very beginning, their communication was brilliant. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel so much easier by keeping me updated every step of the way. They were always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions I had. What really made a difference was how proactive they were - regularly staying in touch with my solicitor and making sure everything kept moving along smoothly. It honestly took a lot of the pressure off. A big shout out to Darren and Archie, who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well. I would highly recommend Cray Norton Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely supportive team. They set a very high standard for what an estate agent should be.

Needless to say that I can't be more satisfied with their services as they've never put a foot wrong while I've been a client. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with there (Richard, Mat, Hollie, Mathy etc.) have been nothing short of brilliant. He was very charming, professional, but most importantly, very honest. It quickly became clear that this wasn’t about the commission, but about helping us find the right flat for us. Which is exactly what we ended up doing. My conclusion, from the initial contact right through to handing over the keys, is that the service was perfect. Communication was very straightforward and accommodating.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
