18th Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

Failure to address persistent mould issue - learned only by chance from former tenant that they had raised this concern as well without resolution by Oliver Burn. Upon end of tenancy they have made outlandish financial claims for supposed "third party" fees and are now improperly withholding the entirety of our deposit including even the amount they say is undisputed. Have had to pursue this matter via TDS.

Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

Ronnie has been nothing short of amazing, always at hand to help with any questions I've had. Couldn't recommend them enough!

28th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

12th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)I chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

3rd May 2026 (21 days ago)Phoned up on a Wednesday afternoon to view a property in Newcastle and was told that the only available slot was noon on the Friday. My husband and I rearranged another appointment, took the day off work and travelled the 1.5 hour journey to Newcastle (we explained at time of booking we weren’t local). 15 mins before scheduled time we got a phone call from the agent to say they hadn’t had a confirmation from the vendor but they were usually in. But guess what - agent turned up and couldn’t get access as there was no one there. Didn’t really apologise - just explained that they thought they had an offer but it fell through so they didn’t confirm our viewing. Totally unprofessional.

11th May 2026 (13 days ago)We recently purchased a property in Chiswick, and Martin was always helpful, friendly, and there to answer our questions (as the buyer). Martin kept the lines of communication between us and the seller open, practical, and professional but kind. He pushed the solicitors along for everyone, which made our lives much easier! If/when we look to sell, I hope Martin is still here so we can work with him.
