22nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very poor service by Clinton’s in Chelsea, insist on using their own contractors and surveyors for jobs who charge excessively, their contractors did a very poor job and were also rude to me on several occasions.

2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.
18th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
31st Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

They are a great team led by Lajla, and I have worked exclusively as a landlord with them for many years.- 10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

Edward and Jason were always responsive, keeping me informed at every stage and promptly answering any questions I had. What really stood out was their dedication and personal approach — I never felt like just another client. They went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed efficiently and handled any challenges calmly and confidently. I highly recommend Tuckerman residential to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Pimlico and Westminster area. A truly professional and reliable service.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
