19th May 2026 (22 days ago)I was thinking about selling my flat so I popped in for some much needed advice. I spoke to someone called Ari who was absolutely amazing, she immediately gave me all the pertinent financial information to help me make a great choice.
7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

Lewis was always quick to respond to emails and kept me updated at every point of the process. Lewis went beyond in many ways - offering helpful recommendations and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process as a first-time buyer. I would definitely recommend John D Wood & Co.

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. From the very first viewing through to exchange, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible. Adeline always made sure we had exactly the information we needed, when we needed it. She was quick to respond, incredibly supportive when challenges arose, and consistently made us feel that we were in safe hands. We are delighted with the purchase of our new home and a large part of that is down to the experience Adeline gave us throughout.
25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

Jack, in particular, was friendly, personable, always available, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Thanks to Jack (and Tom) we were able to get the purchase through relatively smoothly. Even before the purchase, we were impressed with their approach. Having seen another property in Balham with them, they kept us in mind when an off-market sale opportunity arose and ensured we saw that property as soon as possible. As it happens, that turned out to be the very flat we purchased. We would happily recommend Hamptons Balham to anyone and will use them in the future should the need arise. Thanks again Jack and Tom!

He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.
