I can only imagine they are being deleted as I have been part of numerous conversations with people in the SW2 area who have had dealings with him, and previous colleagues of his and all experienced the same challenges. He is condescending, rude and lazy. Raised his voice multiple times out of frustration and made zero effort to represent the interests of the seller. He just forwarded emails across and made me deal directly with a challenging buyer as opposed to make any effort to represent me. I could not discourage you from using him any more. He makes a stressful situation more stressful and takes nothing off your plate, merely adds to it.
29th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Just amazing. I called up at the 11th hour to view a property (which I’m not condoning btw) and Goodfellows were really happy to accommodate a property viewing. The agent Debbie was really patient, friendly, not pushy at all and very supportive around any questions. I fell in love with the property and the rest in history. I am really happy that my property journey was with Goodfellows who have brilliant and responsive agents.

He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

Mat, our property manager, has been very responsive and highly effective in dealing with all of our queries about repairs etc. Usually comes round to check himself and then arranges for the contractors to come in and fix things. Honest communications and very accommodating on our requests. Much more friendly and human approach, especially compared to some other big letting agencies in London that don't seem to care about their tenants. Would highly recommend.

Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

From start to finish, she went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always on hand to answer our questions. When communication with our own solicitors was lacking, Ashliegh acted as a conduit between us and the buyer. Her updates reassured us that everything was moving in the right direction.
