26th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I recently rented a flat through KFH Chiswick, I dealt with Rebecca and Alisdair who were absolutely amazing. From the property viewing until the move, I was updated throughout process. I was treated and dealt with professionally. If I had a query Rebecca would get back to me promptly. Dealing with KFH was the smoothest part of my move, I would definitely recommend this agency. Five stars!
17th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)My experience working with KFH Fulham and Chelsea, and with Peter Kasicki in particular, was exemplary. Whilst searching for a one-bed flat in the area I often dealt with other Estate Agents who disregarded key criteria, showed unsuitable properties and were inconsistent in their communication. Peter was consistent, reliable and really took the time to listen carefully to my needs and concerns. I particularly valued his honesty- he was upfront with highlighting potential issues with properties and offered sincere, genuine advice, resulting in a trusting relationship. He was also extremely diligent in answering any follow-up questions post viewing and even sharing detailed videos of the properties with helpful commentary. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Peter and the KFH team to anyone who is looking in the area and wants genuine support in the process.

2nd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency. A few positive examples: - they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down - they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue - very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat - and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight. The last point to me would be the selling point. Thank you!

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . Within a week of instructing, they had found a buyer for my flat. Mohamed and Gareth were brilliant throughout the sale - they were quick to respond, professional and helped speed up conveyancing process by liaising with solicitors. Thank you so much for your help - I wish I had used Foxtons from the outset.

They promised you with a lot of things before you move in and once you move in and pay and sign they will never do what they promised. My advice if you want to rent from this Sh&ty agent to record video of the person dealing with you. Rental manger (Andrew)????????

Super reactive, he understood perfectly what I was looking for and suggested properties that met my criteria. He was quick to respond, arrange viewings, and follow up on any queries I had. Very professional, responsive, and understanding all at once. After having contacts with a bunch of agents that ended up being literally a waste of my time, I started growing kind of skeptical about what I could expect from an agent. I must say I was surprisingly overjoyed with Martin's assistance and have since shifted my opinion about the quality of service I can expect from an agent. Look no further and ask for Martin's contact at Foxtons Wimbledon if you're looking for first-class service and are perhaps in a rush to find the next property that will suit you.
