2nd Apr 2026 (7 days ago)We had an excellent experience working with Erinna Jackson at Chesterton’s Fulham to find and move into a flat in Fulham in two weeks. Erinna had reached out to us before our arrival to understand our requirements and scheduled viewings as soon as we were in London. With her thorough understanding of the rental and sales market, as well as the new rental law, she helped us see that our interest lay in a long term term, rather than short term let, that would afford us time to find a property to buy. In short order, she showed us over 10 properties. When we were ready, she guided us through the process of making an offer, the vetting and documentation requirements, and expedited our move in to coincide with the last day we could stay in our Airbnb. It was a pleasure working with Erinna and I highly recommend her services.

19th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I sold my property with Chris and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Property sales are stressful at the best of times, but this one was particularly challenging due to a very poor solicitor on one side of the transaction, which significantly affected the speed of the process. Despite this, Chris was excellent at keeping us updated throughout, and we always felt he put in every effort to keep things moving. He also maintained clear and balanced communication between both buyer and seller, which made a real difference. We’re very grateful for everything Chris did to get the sale over the line.

Initially, I wasn’t fully convinced, so I explored a few other properties as well. I was also shown another property by Elena from Stirling Ackroyd, who was wonderful and very helpful In the end, I decided to go ahead with the first property I viewed. I would like to thank Rio Bell for her consistent follow-up and support. The team has been very proactive, responsive, and professional throughout. Overall, I had a positive experience with Stirling Ackroyd.

After I had an offer accepted, Kate was amazing at keeping thing progressing through the conveyancing process and made sure to help with any sticking points which I really appreciated! I was not expecting such a personal level of service from a high street estate agent and was very pleasantly surprised - thanks to Liz, Kate and the whole team!

Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.- 12th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight. I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property. Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made. That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place. Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could. Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!

From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Both took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine commitment to making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Both Lydia and Aimees friendly approach and clear communication made a huge difference, and I always felt confident that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend sears to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and approachable estate agent.

I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. Honestly stay away.- 27th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We used Foxtons Chiswick to sell our freehold Grade II listed Georgian house and would thoroughly recommend them. They were thorough, professional, responsive and really pleasant to deal with. They also unusually got to know our unique property really well and showed a good understanding of who the right buyer would be. Adam helped us hold our nerve when the property didn't sell as quickly as we hoped due to the difficult Autumn 2025 market and advised us correctly that there would be a bounce in the new year when we got 3 offers. Catherine was incredibly diligent and proactive in moving us from offer to exchange in 8 weeks. They went above and beyond. Incredible.
