The initial purchase was very smooth and also the recent sale, albeit it took longer than hoped due to market conditions. On the rental side there was always good communication and follow-up - I found the team very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. I fully recommend !

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.

From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and completely committed to achieving the best possible outcome.<br><br>They worked incredibly hard throughout the process, always going above and beyond to understand what I wanted and help make it happen. Their advice, communication, and determination were exceptional, and I always felt I was in very capable hands.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, but Nathan and Jaylie made the whole experience feel much smoother. 10th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Although Flora and Adam were the estate agents acting for the seller rather than for us, they were both excellent throughout the entire process.<br><br>From the very beginning, Flora went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and contacted us straight away when a property that perfectly matched our needs became available. Once we found our dream home, she did everything she could to help us get into a position to secure it. Her communication was exceptional—keeping us informed at every stage, arranging additional viewings, answering all our questions, and demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attention to detail throughout.<br><br>When the chain slowed down, Flora continued to do everything she could to help move things forward, putting in far more effort than we would ever have expected from an agent representing the seller. Adam was also a pleasure to deal with—professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we spoke with him.<br><br>Together, they made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, with special thanks to Flora for her exceptional dedication and care.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants
26th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.

They kept us informed at every stage, answered our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more straightforward. 14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)My wife and I are in the process of buying a home in Chessington, and were lucky to have got Gascoigne Pees to help us with this journey.<br>Melissa Warner is the wonderful lady that has been tasked with doing this for us. She has been nothing short of amazing! The first time she met us, we were a bit sceptical on how she was going to treat us, but very quickly got to realize that she was not judging us, and treated us as if she had known us before- like family. She made us feel very comfortable around her and treated us like royalty. No exaggeration! I mean it. She had time to drive us between properties but also dropped us off at Chessington South Station, at her will. We never asked her. How nice was that? What else can someone do for one to be satisfied? Nothing more. Nothing can beat being treated with respect and utter professinalism. Melissa ticks all the boxes of a super professional. She is simply amazing to deal with.

19th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I had a poor experience with this agency. They booked us a viewing in Wandsworth, sending both a confirmation email and a reminder text on Saturday. Then, just 30 minutes before, they called to say it had been sent by mistake and the tenants wouldn't be home, after we'd already driven 40 minutes to get there. Not what you'd expect from a well-known agency.
