She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
25th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot praise Winkworth Putney enough they are the best agency in Putney for letting and selling.<br>I have used them over the last 2 decades.<br>They have in their team a legend called Russel white he is a true gentleman of real estate .<br>Followed by Adam Taylor I think he is a rising star if not already a star.<br>Both this gentleman are really true professional they really go out of their way to help and assist in both selling and letting.<br>They are backed up by a good team as well and I cannot praise or recommend them enough.<br>Would like to thank their Southfield office as well who are always so kind as well.<br>Big shout to Bella at Putney office as well she is always very helpful and kind.<br>Thanks Winkworth Putney for doing such an amazing job for me my company my family and friends.<br>Aftab Ebrahim
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.
26th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.

16th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with James Hallam at Maalems to list and sell my flat in Earlsfield.<br><br>Living overseas, I expected the process might be a little more challenging, but I needn’t have worried. James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. 10th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

20th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell . However ,my real issue was lack of communication . A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed . The photos of house were great mind you !
