From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly and extremely helpful, keeping us updated every step of the way.<br>A big thanks to Kyall and Molly especially.<br><br>They went above and beyond to make what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Property purchase in Helston.<br><br>A pleasant and seamless experience from start to finish. We have recently completed a purchase of our first home. I fully recommend Sellers using the Mather Partnership to sell their properties.<br><br>Viewing<br><br>We viewed multiple properties in the area and experiences were varied between the different Estate Agent companies. When viewing Mather properties, we were accompanied by Tom from the Helston Branch. He was pleasant and informative. He clearly had done his research on the properties and engaged with the Sellers beforehand to ensure he could answer all of our questions.<br><br>Communication<br><br>During the transaction process, we were able to deal with one Agent throughout. Abi from the Hayle Branch was readily available to contact via email and if unavailable on viewings when called, would call back within 24 hours.<br><br>Abi was able to provide a recommendation for Solicitors, whom we instructed and had a fantastic experience with. Abi made the whole process not just seamless, but enjoyable. We have often been told that a house purchase is one of the most stressful experiences of your life, but due to her support and engagement with both the Sellers and our Solicitors, our experience was one of excitement and clear structure.<br><br>For future First Time Buyers, I hope other Sellers read this review and use the Mather Partnership for their sale, so house purchases lose the stigma of stress and become an enjoyable experience instead. Thank you Tom and Abi for the fantastic service provided.

We have dealt with Vicky and Tony throughout our house-buying journey, and they have both been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>From the very beginning, they have been friendly, professional, approachable and incredibly helpful. They have always kept us updated, answered our questions and gone above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, especially when there are delays and things outside of your control, but Vicky and Tony were always so understanding and reassuring. 3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Exceptional Estate Agent and Agency: I have just been to a property viewing, with intent to buy, with Imogen Seymour at Romans. Both I and my sister wanted to share our appreciation for the excellent guided tour, highly informed and genuinely lovely chat we had. We have rented with Romans before for nearly a decade and now house hunting to buy, Romans have been standout above other Estate Agencies. I don't tend to write reviews but wanted to recognise Imogen for all her help. She was so enthusiastic, compassionate to the seller and agile in managing the multiple viewings with ease. We really felt in safe hands without any pressure and confidence, important to us as we have been shaken by other Estate Agencies and a property purchase that fell through at a late stage. In the future, if we sell or want to buy again a property we will come to Romans first for certain.
