Savas was great helping to progress my sale, and Martin and Ryan were very helpful during my rental period managing my property. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their property marketing is very high standard but not over the top and they sold my property very quickly. You should have no issues instructing them for sales and lettings. Thanks all!

13th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We are absolutely delighted with the team at Davies and Davies in Westbury, from the moment we walked in to their office their interest and experience showed through. We have lived in our house for a very long time and needed all their support to sell a much loved house. Toby, Laura and Ella have been so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Laura was particularly good at settling us in to prospective buyer visits and always gave us time after each visit to talk about where we are and what to do next….Laura you are an absolute poppet!<br>We particularly noticed that whenever we called, whoever answered the phone knew what was going on with us and that is so refreshing, it made us feel valued. A final special mention to Will the photographer, he has a real talent to show our home at its very best…thanks Will.<br>We are now looking forward to finding a new home and are sure they will help us again to find it.<br><br>Thank you all and we’ll talk soon….probably tomorrow!<br><br>Nick and Nicola

From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process.<br><br>We initially dealt with Paul, who was honest, proactive, and gave us confidence from the very beginning. Once our sale progressed, we were handed over to the Dawlish office, who managed everything efficiently and kept things moving smoothly.<br><br>The whole team was quick to respond to any questions, communicated well, and made what can often be a stressful process much easier. 16th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Justin and his team did an excellent job looking after a number of properties for me in central Cheltenham over the past 4+ years.<br>CJ Hole has proven by far the most professional rental management company I dealt with over the past 15 years. Prompt attention to tenant and landlord concerns, swift to deal with any maintenance issues flagged and effective at securing reliable & usually responsible tenants.<br>Thank you in particular to Tinha, Zara and more recently Sara who did a great job of keeping tenants and landlord happy and making all stakeholders' lives simpler.<br>I am sorry to be parting company with CJH but unfortunately the RRA & current & anticipated UK governmental policy has killed the attractiveness of the rental market for many.
9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc<br>Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc<br>Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing<br>Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days<br>Would never go with a huge chain like this again

10th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We recently bought a house through Lifestlye and we were incredibly happy with the service provided.<br><br>The listing was well prepared and the provided walkthrough 10 minute video of the property was incredibly helpful and far more useful than the usual 'dumping of photos' that most agents do. James does a great job with these.<br><br>They were able to arrange a viewing for us at short notice. We were shown round the property by Logan who arrived punctual and was incredibly professional and friendly. Unlike some other agents he diden't try to 'hard sell' he let us make up our own minds and came back to us with any questions he could not answer on the spot. Really happy with our 3 viewings that Logan did for us.<br><br>Cilla in the sales office is an absolute god-send when our chain started to fall apart at the last minute. We could always get hold of her via phone and email and she did her absolute best to keep the chain intact and sale progressing through to the end.<br><br>Lifestyle is one of the only independent agents in Bradley Stoke and if you want to work with a friendly local team then I would highly recommend selling/buying with them.

We understand the challenges you faced with the property due to the previous sales falling through. It is never right when Directors and Managing agents Breach the terms of their duties in a Leasehold property, especially when a Deed of Variation is required for rules and guidelines that are inconsistent with the lease and go against the Companies Incorporation. In time, with us on board, it is our aim to get this issue sorted for all buyers and sellers going forward ?????? Thank you to Pegg Estates for our card and moving in box of goodies, EVERYONE loves a freebie ??????
