The professionalism makes what could be a stressful experience super chilled. These charaterisitcs were the reason we chose to go back with Q to sell. We then decided to go with Sims Williams in Walberton.<br>They sold our house with in a few weeks<br>Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and kept us up-to-date with the process of our property being sold.<br>We would definitely recommend Sims Williams.

3rd Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I sold my house a few months ago using Stevens and Carter and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!<br><br>Unfortunately, my house sale experienced some difficulties that were through no fault of the team, but were due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including mortgage offers for a buyer falling through and the sale therefore being unable to proceed. However, the team were incredibly quick to get us back on the market. Viewings were consistent, with detailed feedback provided, and ultimately I had competing offers to choose between when selling.<br><br>Expert advice was always available when needed and was explained in simple, easy-to-understand terms. The team always returned calls and messages promptly, and if one agent wasn’t available, the others made sure they knew what was going on so they could pick up any queries, providing a genuinely seamless service.<br><br>John, Sam, Samuel, Lucy and Nick all went above and beyond to get my sale through, and I couldn’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stevens and Carter to anyone looking to sell their home.

Her expertise, knowledge, kindness and encouragement was amazing and she carried us through the whole process when we found our amazing new home - which didn’t take long at all!! If it wasn’t for Alice’s careful guidance we wouldn’t have found and secured our incredible and perfect new home - all thanks to Alice and her team! Thankyou! ??

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.
10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We highly recommend Stride And Son, who have just achieved the successful sale of our family home in Bosham, taking just over 6 weeks to exchange (despite a difficult market)!<br>Tom, Sam and Nigel are highly professional, and an absolute dream team to work with!<br>All three were genuinely positive, polite, easy to get hold of and discuss things with, and always went above and beyond to support us to achieve the smooth sale.<br>Sam was incredibly helpful, patient, skilled and efficient at getting our house details quickly onto Rightmove etc. That speed generated a number of enquiries the next morning, with Nigel carrying out the viewings the same day, leading to multiple offers.<br>We really appreciated Toms knowledge and guidance throughout the sale process, keeping everything on track between the buyers, solicitors and ourselves.<br>We have had an equally positive experience with Sam on the letting side as well.<br>We feel very grateful to them, they work hard and very well together as a team, and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone making the tricky decision of which estate agent to engage!<br>Thank you!

He was calm, level-headed and reassuring at every stage, while also being proactive and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. He communicated clearly, handled any challenges without drama and always made me feel that the sale was in safe hands. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but William made the whole process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough.

24th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Without doubt, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.<br><br>Although they may have eventually found a buyer for our property, that is where the positives end. Throughout the sale we experienced repeated problems, poor communication and an astonishing lack of professionalism.<br><br>The most serious issue was that our property was left unlocked on multiple occasions after viewings. Leaving a customer's home unsecured is completely unacceptable, and the fact it happened more than once demonstrates a serious lack of care and attention.<br><br>What was even more disappointing was the response when these issues were raised. Rather than taking ownership or showing any genuine concern, there was no accountability whatsoever. Ben, the manager, simply pointed me towards the complaints process and said someone would contact me to apologise. That apology never came. Promises were repeatedly made and not followed through.<br><br>The only person who deserves any recognition is Zoe in the office. She was courteous, professional and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, she was let down by the wider management and overall level of service.<br><br>For comparison, we purchased our new home through Mansell McTaggart, and the difference was night and day. They were proactive, professional, communicative and treated us like valued customers from start to finish.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions most people will ever make. You expect your estate agent to be trustworthy, organised and accountable. Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite. The lack of communication, failure to accept responsibility and disregard for the security of our home have left us extremely disappointed.<br><br>I would never use this company again, and based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing them.
