They are both friendly, approachable and an asset to the company. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Steven and Carter lettings to anyone based on my experience with these two ladies. A big shoutout to Calum who answered all my questions whilst being nothing less than kind and patient. He and the whole team kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Fox and Sons Bexhill are a mega team that carry out their work in a professional but personable level, and who I can highly recommend.

Kelly Kullai was so nice, helpful, professional, and very responsive, and we deeply appreciate all her support and hard work. 11th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I had my first experience with HW estate agents, and it couldn’t have gone any better! I met with Joe, who came early, was chatty, welcoming, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable once. I was so suprised with the flat, with past experience with other agents they don’t meet the criteria, or aren’t the same as the description. However this flat was even better! Every detail they had mentioned on the description was exactly how the flat was. It was clean, homely, and i had nothing bad to say about it. It’s so nice to find an estate agents that also accept my situation! Some agents can be strict and don’t offer much for me, however HW have been so welcoming & lovely to me! I’d recommend them to everyone.

They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

26th May 2026 (19 days ago)We recently exchanged contracts and completed our sale and purchase through Cooper Adams, and overall they were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently strong, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful experience. The last 3 weeks became particularly difficult due to delays caused at the bottom of the chain, which unfortunately resulted in us losing our original removal company. Despite this, Cooper Adams worked hard to keep the chain together, kept the pressure on where needed, and ultimately helped get everything over the line. Special thanks to the team for their persistence, professionalism, and support during a stressful period. 19th May 2026 (26 days ago)Such a fantastic experience with Byron Watt at Fox & Son’s Haywards Heath. He was the first viewing we had as first time buyers! He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
