3rd Dec 2018 (5 years ago)We have moved in to a Coopers lettings apartment and so far very good, Simon showed us around and the viewing didn't feel rushed, we were able to properly view and ask questions, he knew the block and area well so this was helpful. The finance and forms side of things was swift and quite painless, Melanie was really helpful when I had questions ahead of the move. We were delayed getting to pick up the keys and this was managed brilliantly and they were really flexible; taking the stress out of the situation. The apartment has quickly become home & hopefully we'll be here a good while.

Nathaniel was always available to talk with his good nature and attitude at all times. Reducing some of the inevitable stress that comes with moving was what I hoped and Nathaniel and John Payne Estate Agents delivered on that.

They were always on hand to help, professional, very proactive and a pleasure to deal with. 20th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.- 16th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Renting a property these days is such a long and daunting process but having the right agent is key. My son is moving to the UK from South Africa on a 3 year contract. We saw an apartment he liked and sent Jack an enquiry. He replied almost immediately and so began the journey … He guided us through the incredibly daunting process of renting property in a foreign country. Nothing was too much effort for him. Jack was incredibly supportive throughout the process and did not give up on us when we were unable to provide the information he required - he managed to get it on our behalf. He was simply exceptional and an absolute gentleman! I would highly recommend him.

We originally had a viewing at one property and mentioned to Kevin a property we had noticed they were advertising. He was able to set up a viewing for the house that day. We met George at the property who was very knowledgeable. The both of them were able to get the answers to all our questions and also helped us get over the line. Really happy that we were paired with these two powerhouses! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process, especially with us being first time buyers!
