14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Do NOT lease through Cound. They gave my wife & i so much anxiety and difficulty. They gave her the wrong keys, and didn't get the correct ones to her for 4 entire days, while gaslighting her that she was just using them wrong. Upon checkout they took 14 days to return the deposit, and that was after I hounded them daily for over a week. When I was adding my name to the lease we had so much trouble, due to the agent being incompetent. AVOID COUND AT ALL COSTS.

7th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .

31st Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.
1st Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Rented a property through Johns and Co for 18 months. We were good tenants and looked after the place. They were ok during the tenancy, but now seem to be doing everything they can to make deductions from our deposit. In the weeks before moving out Johns and Co pushed an expensive end of tenancy clean on us via email. We decided to book our own professional clean from a reputable cleaning company. Several weeks after moving out we were told that parts of the clean we had instructed were not good enough and that they wanted to deduct the full cost of one of their expensive cleans from our deposit. They did not give us any opportunity to get our cleaners to re-attend and make good contentious areas. Other things they are trying to deduct: - Over £100 for "putting a sink plug back together" - £144 for a door threshold coming loose, which was marked as damaged when we moved in. I would avoid renting through John's and Co unless you are willing to risk losing a big chunk of your deposit for unreasonable things.

Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

19th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase. We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.

After we reached out on Rightmove he got us into the property the very same day, negotiated painting of the house, got the offer accepted and a holding deposit paid within 24 hours! He has been super quick and patient with all our questions and getting references and super supportive! We are all signed now and so excited to be moving.
