30th May 2026 (19 days ago)I had a great experience with KFH who helped me find and secure the first flat I’m renting on my own in London, so quite a big step for me. I dealt with Rosie who proactively reached out to me with the viewing opportunity and supported on the subsequent next steps around the offer, landlord liaising and move-in details. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient which made the process smooth and less daunting for me. Anyone would be in great hands with Rosie.

From start to finish they were communicative, helpful and understanding and got our flat sold extremely quickly. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. After few months drop to £350 and change to auction line with exclusivity that not been discussed with me 6 months down the line now value at £300k What makes it worst the property is completely refurbished no issues and long lease. Just no due diligence, no client care and no professionalism which caused me an amount of financial loss on top of stress I have made the wrong choice dont do the same
