17th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Adrian dealt with my sale, and whilst we got off to a quick start, it amounted to nothing having to put the property back on the market. Second time seemed promising, but was hit with many challenges and unnecessary delays. Towards the end of the process, Adrian did pick up and managed to get me through to completion. Having promised me a 2 week turnaround in Feb 2026, it finally completed in Oct 2026. Having said this, Adrian was polite and professional in communications with me and I greatly appreciate his assistance.

Also insanely personable, worked with me as I am rather than being OTT professional.
His knowledge of the house buying/selling process was clear to see, and it wasn’t something I thought I’d would be complementing until it was needed to help settle nerves & set expectations.
We sold our property within 15 days I think. In a market where not having a garden is a problem, it wasn’t for us.

Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable.
He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage.
What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us.

The whole process is seamless, they are responsive and we felt completely at ease in their care from start to finish.
