Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.
He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.
I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.
I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)
In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)

She was always friendly, responsive and happy to help, from the initial viewings and negotiations right through to completion. There were a few complications along the way, but Camilla was great at keeping things moving, liaising with the sellers and solicitors and making sure everything stayed on track.
Really appreciated her proactive approach and how easy she was to deal with throughout. A big thank you to Camilla for all her help, would highly recommend!

Our purchase timeline was way longer than expected (due to unrelated reasons) and we were impressed with how much help and reassurance Rochford Stokes provided during those tricky times. Annie, thank you for your perseverance and for constantly finding new ways of (very politely) chasing people. Jason & Jason, thank you for guiding us through the whole process, and for your knowledge and professionalism.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
20th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I instructed James Anderson after being impressed by the proactive marketing strategy discussed at the outset, particularly the targeted buyer activity, wider office network, grouped viewings and detailed weekly reporting.
Unfortunately, the experience didn't match those expectations. The initial marketing felt rushed, with simple mistakes such as the property not appearing through the search function on their own website, and the overall strategy didn't align with what had been promised at the outset.
Despite raising my concerns repeatedly, I didn't see the level of proactive activity I had expected. Although the agreed strategy and marketing activity had not yet been fully delivered, and we were also in the holiday period, I was being encouraged to reduce the price after just four weeks. When I didn't agree to this, I saw little evidence of further activity to generate viewings, with the focus continuing to come back to price.
I also asked for specific marketing changes, including refreshed photography and floorplans, and greater visibility of buyer enquiries and follow-up activity. These were not delivered as expected, and the reporting remained largely generic Rightmove statistics rather than giving me a clear picture of the activity behind the figures.
The team were pleasant to deal with and I have no criticism of them personally, but ultimately the service did not match what was discussed when I instructed them, and I decided to terminate the instruction.
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)Highly recommend Realm Estates. Karen and Charlie were professional throughout the sale process and highly responsive to every requests asked of them. This resulted in a seamless transaction which was completed in just one month.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!

4th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Winkworth completely let me down. They took on my listing, and failed to get more than viewings for the property. The manager that had me signed the contract, disppeared after two weeks, and no one informed me of the change. I was not informed of viewings times, or asked for consentt despite being promised that in advanced. In the end I had to switch to another agent after the 3 month exclusivity period who lined up 10 viewings for me within the first two weeks of re-listing. Winkworth cost me money, time and were unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)The Lettings team in the Northcote Road office, headed up by Rebecca Castell, are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They could not have been more helpful in advising us on the lettings market and finding tenants for our flat (at quite short notice). They made the whole process incredibly smooth, were always efficient, knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and offered great advice at every turn. A big thank you to the whole team - Rebecca and Melissa in particular who are excellent at their jobs, really lovely people and a pleasure to deal with.

Their professionalism, combined with a genuinely friendly and approachable manner, made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We viewed a flat we loved and put in an offer straight away.
Throughout the process, Maj was honest, transparent, and incredibly responsive. Communication was always timely, clear, and easy to understand, which made what can often be a stressful process feel effortless.We have previously dealt with larger estate agencies with multiple offices, but you simply do not get the same level of personal service and attention.
The difference was remarkable.As a landlord myself, I only wish I had someone like Maj managing my own rental property. Unfortunately, my properties are too far away!

Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. Overall, no service or question was too small.

Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly.
