Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

9th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after. After the improper eviction they then charged me an extortionate cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!

From day one it was obvious how seriously he takes his work — professional, always on top of the details, and genuinely passionate about his job. He was the lynchpin in ensuring the process ran smoothly and acted as an amazing bridge between us and the buyers. I could (and did) pick up the phone to him and he would be able to offer clear guidance and practical solutions efficiently and effectively. It was pleasure from start to finish. Jill Parry was also absolutely excellent and really came through in unlocking the transaction. The whole team around Abidul and Jill were also very impressive and kept everything moving seamlessly. 13th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

4th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.
