She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. Extremely helpful, consistently positive, and endlessly patient, we felt that he went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and his support made the entire process smooth (as any leasehold purchase in London can be thesedays), reassuring, and stress free, from initial viewing to completion. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a property. Thank you very much Matthew!
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

The head of the sales team Ian Barrett also personally reached out to me several times to check in and made me feel like a very valued client. Thank you to Chestertons for all their hard work, I highly recommend them.

Very helpful as well with all the accounts settings for electricity, gas, council tax, etc…. Thank you Jane, Alan, Jon for your presence during all these years. Really love dealing with you (compares to big names in the letting property industry) no comparison !

Very responsive, any issues are fixed at the earliest opportunity without hassle. Staff are very personable and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
