17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Fantastic experience with Hunters Estate Agents in Barnsley. From the visit on Thursday morning for the valuation the house was Sold STC within a week. With the daily updates from a very helpful Brogan Christlo who also accompanied the potential buyers as we were on holiday, we cannot fault anything with the service we have received. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Would highly recommend to people who are thinking of selling there property . NO FAULTS from start to finish. EXCELLENT service .from all the team A big well done and a huge THANK YOU

21st Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointed with Hunters After viewing a rental property and expressing my interest in applying, it took over a week for them to respond to some questions I needed answered before I could complete the application form. During that time, I called three times and left a voicemail each time. I also emailed the agent who showed me around the property, the general Hunters email address, and even contacted them through the Rightmove listing. Despite all of these attempts, my questions were never answered. A week later, I finally received a call informing me that the landlord wanted to continue looking for tenants. When I asked why wouldn't be considered, I was simply told that they were not legally required to give me a reason. To make matters even more confusing, shortly afterwards the agent I had been trying to contact all week finally called me back and asked me to complete an application form. I explained that their colleague had already told me the landlord wanted to continue looking for tenants. I asked for clarification because the information I was being given was contradictory, and I'm still waiting for a response. The lack of communication, contradictory information, and poor customer service throughout the process was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I won't be using Hunters again to help me find my next rental property.- 9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Special thank you to Roberto and the team for getting myself and my partner moved in so smoothly. The service was exceptional, we can’t even describe all emotions in words. All staff members are good there . Everyone doing great , But Hanna is a diamond. The speed of her work and response is amazing. 5 stars for Them . 10 out 10 for Hanna Hudson. I'm still at the start of my search for a flat, but I think I'll end up getting something from this company... They have a lot on offer...- 26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)For clarity, I am an estate agent ... Josh has been helping me with some sale progression (we are involved in a long chain together). Every time I call, Josh has the answers (the agents below him lied, and thanks to Josh i was able to understand what was going on, and kept my vendors informed) ... The strange thing is that Josh is the Lettings Manager, so sales are not his remit - A man with many hats and a perfect role model for the industry !

They got hardly any feedback on nearly 20 viewings and were quite rude when discussing my property with me. Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.
