I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

Sophie and Bailey are just Heaven sent. They helped me through every step of the way whilst securing this property and I couldn’t thank them
More. After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.<br><br>We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.<br><br>Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.<br><br>Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.<br><br>10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't thank the team at Connells in Plympton enough especially Tasnim who really pushed the boat out to get all the contracts sorted and signed in a very short space of time, always responded to any queries I had, she was amazing very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Sean, the gentleman that I dealt with was absolutely fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable, understanding and gave the o.pressio. that nothing was too much hassle. He always answered my questions and made selling my mobile home very easy. I would easily recommend him to anyone. He was a very pleasant young man. And he always put my ind at ease.
