I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

Just completed a rental agreement through Connells, could not be happier with the experience, communication was quick and clear through every step, Tasnim made the whole process a breeze, everything I needed to make sure I was set up on day 1 was sent over and run through, setting up a viewing was simple and I was made to feel comfortable and stress free throughout the entire process, would definitely use them again in the future

James managed to find the right tenants for our property quickly, with no gap in tenancy, which is exactly what every landlord hopes for.
