Vicky has been amazing. She is very professional, her communication has been excellent throughout the process, especially with the feedback from potential buyers. I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation.
Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

We had a very good experience working with Reuben and the team. It was a slow start but following their suggestion to relaunch after Christmas, it was very quick. The team were efficient and helpful throughout.

After renting a flat through Connells in Torquay I had a problem with the water and after nearly 40 hours is still not resolved. Communication has been lacking along with customer focus. EDIT: I finally got my water restored, but was initially told by the maintenance firm they could not do it until Monday (72 hours later). After telling them this is not acceptable he begrudgingly turned up 5 minutes later and fixed the problem and was gone in another 5 minutes.
