I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

I own a studio flat which I have let through Kevin Henry agents for the last eleven years. During that time various different staff have worked in the lettings department and I have always found them to be helpful and courteous in dealing with any issues I have raised, including maintenance of the property, negotiating any increases in the rent and finding good and trustworthy tenants.<br>At the time I was completely new to the property rental business and one particular member of that team has always stood out to me.<br>Louise Mooyer has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I put to her and advising me on a range of subjects including my responsibilities as a Landlord, Section 21 notices, the new Renters Rights Act and how best to market the property when I wanted to sell it, which I now have.<br>Louise is clearly very experienced in her field, with outstanding knowledge of the business and the local area. I have always found her easy to talk to and her affable manner is a real asset to this company. Thank you.
