Roni Rachi from Hamptons St Albans has been helping us with the rental of our properties for a number of years now. We have been landlords for a long time and he is definitely the most diligent letting agent we have ever come across. Roni is proactive, thorough and meticulous when it comes to screening and vetting our potential tenants. He takes the initiative to verify their background before presenting the best candidates to us for consideration. Communication is key and Roni always keeps us posted on progress. He makes the whole process of finding a tenant easy for us and ensures all bases are covered right through to check-in. We always feel that we are in safe hands. Unpleasant experience with them. The entire process is lengthy and inconvenient. Distress won't end if you are with them. Negligible support during tenancy, worst and super delayed tenancy deposit return process (although the landlord agreed long ago). Extremely poor communication and lack of clarity about the process, and they only respond when you nudge them to follow up on your case. Overall a 'minus' 1 star experience in terms of the service. I would recommend other capable and efficient agents if you are looking for a stress-free experience.

Of three agents in Caterham, we selected Hamptons, not because they said they could get us the highest price, but because they believed in the estimate they gave and it was aligned with what we believed too!
A few minor hiccups in comms at the beginning but once sorted the service was excellent. We had several of their sales staff show people around and Elliot brought the winning couple over and handled the comms from there. The sale and onwards purchase was fraught with challenges and took way longer than it would with issues in the chain (of 7 properties). None of them related to our sale or purchase, but Elliot was instrumental in having the whole chain talking to each other and providing almost daily updates. and speedy responses to any email we sent. (Thanks Elliot!).
A special mention also to Carrie who took over while Elliot was away without missing a beat and was also very forceful?????? at making things happen. (Thanks to you too Carrie!)
All in all, a great experience. Thanks to the whole team behind the scenes too, you know who you are.

We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area.
Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion.
If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

I am very impressed with our recent experience with the Stratford upon Avon Hamptons branch. The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

Richard and the team at Hamptons Broadway achieved a sale for our house in Broadway very soon after they took it onto their books, when it had been on the market for some time with another agent without success. Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.
