Hamptons were acting for the seller on the house I purchased and were excellent to deal with throughout. Hero Preston, in particular, was incredibly helpful and speeded up the whole process. Always responsive and willing to offer some advice, I would use them in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Hamptons enough. As first time buyers we felt supported throughout the entire process. Laura and Becky were always so helpful, friendly and replied promptly to all our enquiries. We will definitely look to use Hamptons again for any future moves! Thank you all for your hard work.

I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.<br><br>The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

We had a really great experience working with Jonah Schiller at Hamptons while renting our flat in London. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always patient, responsive, and happy to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Jonah made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. ?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social

We cannot recommend Hamptons at Henley-on-Thames highly enough. Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.
