Hamptons were acting for the seller on the house I purchased and were excellent to deal with throughout. Hero Preston, in particular, was incredibly helpful and speeded up the whole process. Always responsive and willing to offer some advice, I would use them in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Hamptons enough. As first time buyers we felt supported throughout the entire process. Laura and Becky were always so helpful, friendly and replied promptly to all our enquiries. We will definitely look to use Hamptons again for any future moves! Thank you all for your hard work.

I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.<br><br>The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

We had a really great experience working with Jonah Schiller at Hamptons while renting our flat in London. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always patient, responsive, and happy to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Jonah made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. Hamptons have been absolutely fantastic. We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

I rented a room in the area in January via Hamptons of Belsize Park and found the agency to be very helpful. Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

Windsor was really really helpful in helping me with viewings in North London. He had great communication, was extremely polite and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The whole team at Hamptons were amazing. At a time when we lost our loved one and selling the home, the mind is in turmoil and it could have been really difficult. Peter our agent with his fabulous expertise guiding us through promptly, efficiently and with a friendly smile. Zoe too was our rock and both were immediately contactable guiding us through the arrangements of the sale. Zoe was a delight and so very efficient. They were both reassuring and led us through the sale process amazingly. Would highly recommend them and the team for Kingston/Surbiton. Can't thank them enough for all their help
