Hamptons were acting for the seller on the house I purchased and were excellent to deal with throughout. Hero Preston, in particular, was incredibly helpful and speeded up the whole process. Always responsive and willing to offer some advice, I would use them in the future.

I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.<br><br>The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

We had a really great experience working with Jonah Schiller at Hamptons while renting our flat in London. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always patient, responsive, and happy to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Jonah made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. We had an excellent experience with the Hamptons Kingston office—professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the letting process. We first talked to Peter to find a letting solution. Peter, Victoria, and their team found suitable tenants quickly while keeping us well informed. Anna and Ella handled the practical side. Anna devoted lots of time to contracts, agreements, and preparation work. Ella also assisted a lot with scheduling and went beyond her role by supervising the disposal of old furniture to ensure a smooth move-in—which we truly appreciated ! Mae and Gioia were also very responsive and helpful.As overseas landlords, having an experienced, reliable team is vital to us. We're very grateful for their hard work and would happily recommend Hamptons.

I have been renting through this agency for the past 8 years, and I have always had a very positive experience with them. They are professional, efficient, and always very quick to help find a suitable property.<br><br>When I decided to move this time, I chose to use them again, and everything went very smoothly. They helped me find the ideal home and made the whole moving process easy and stress-free.<br><br>A special thank you to Paria Shamil , who has been absolutely wonderful. After I moved in, I noticed that a few things in the property were damaged . As soon as I let her know, she responded immediately and arranged for the issues to be resolved very quickly. She is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional.<br><br>Ashlee has also been fantastic and very helpful throughout the process<br><br>After 8 years of using this agency, I am still very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. All staffs are very nice .

I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
