Ranjit was our original contact and Raj has been our constant property management and “solutions” man throughout the ten year period, with Kavita becoming increasingly involved during the recent period that lead up to the successful sale of the property. They have been unfailingly responsive and innovative in tackling any issues that might arise and the regular administration has been excellent. It will be strange to be no longer working with the team after all this time!
2nd Sep 2024 (14 days ago)Terrible communication and service when trying to sell a property. Were pushy about moving our property over to a separate auction house, and very quickly wanted us to reduce the price to make their job easier. Then advertised at a substantially lower price than had been agreed which left us in a completely untenable position which forced us to have to take it off the market.

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Cottons, especially with such amazing staff like Albina!

During the entire process we were kept up to date, all our questions/queries answered quickly and overall, experienced a smooth mortgage process which would normally be quite stressful. Thank you very much for all your help and support Carys and thank you to the entire team there at Burchell Edwards as well.

I used to mostly liaise with Annette and Carla and both were very prompt in responding to queries and addressing issues. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and comfortable!

2nd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Good local knowledge. Excellent research before the valuation. Adverts on two popular websites. When the viewings dried up there was no communication about how to get things moving again. Apart from the notice about appointments to vew the property there were no updates from the agent about the lack of intetest or ways to improve the listing.

Charlotte, who looks after all the after sales admin, worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the process from sale to completion. Each time I sent an enquiry, I had a response within the hour. That’s fantastic customer support.

1st Aug 2022 (2 years ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,
