We arrived and there wasn't anyone there we waited 15 minutes we called and no answer.Decided to go home half a hour later they call at 10:45 asking where we are no apologies for being late or the waste of time and journey it took us to go to the property! awful service I don't reccommend buying or selling your house with this company AVOID!

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.

Was very efficient with no stress. I was updated throughout and presented with a nice gift upon completion. I certainly would recommend.
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,
