If i could give 0 stars, I would. Purple Frog have major communication issues. Back and forth emails for weeks as they’d leave my emails unresponded. When i did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful - particularly from Beckie. I will say Michael helped me out the most but, even then, it was not substantial enough for a company that specifically works with students and deals with our money, they do not care about us enough. They are also very misinformed and basically told me that I would be receiving my deposit back from them through their deposit return scheme then later changing this to I had to deal with the return of my deposit on my own and talk to the landlord, myself and it was none of their problem, essentially. I will warn all future students, as soon as you sign please make sure you ask them how and who is protecting your deposit as I was never told this information and it caused me a lot more problems than it should have. As someone who had signed with them, this was upsetting to hear and also news to me. I had come to them with an issue and they weren’t forthcoming or even willing to help me with it, despite it being their job (in my opinion). No problem with the property we had signed on to or anything like that but if you’d like an agency that actually helps you deal with problems that may arise, especially in times of need, please avoid Purple Frog....
