It’s just super frustrating that properties I am interested in buying are being managed by dixons. If I were a seller I would be super annoyed knowing that the people supposed to help me sell my house are doing everything in their power not to sell by intentionally not responding to enquiries

8th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)Horrible service from Brendan didn’t return a single call or email for a week then told me all shops I was interested in have been let out. I then got a friend to call on a different number and they were all available. He then told me to pay for the application and I can have but at this point I lost all trust. I decided to speak to neighbours of the shop and contact the landlord direct which saved me £2000 in fees with royal estates. I would advise to use this company for the location then contact landlords privately to do the deal. Thank me later.

There was just one thing that he needed to find out more information on and he emailed it through very quickly after the viewing. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend working with FleetMilne.
7th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!
1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

4th Sep 2024 (23 weeks ago)I needed to list the property very quickly, Just Move were perfect for the job, as soon as I dropped the keys off to them, they took the property pictures the same day. And the next day the property was listed on the relevant websites. With each viewing booked, I was notified and given an update not long after the viewing.
9th Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointed!!! I went for a viewing in early December, waited for them to call me back! Called them like 100 times! Not only the agency didnt even pick the phone up but also the lady who came in for viewing day didnt answer my calls or messages! If this is not professional, so what it is? So sorry for myself for wasting my time on this agency!
19th Sep 2024 (21 weeks ago)Direct Housing take advantage of students, providing abysmal customer service and scam money wherever they can. I rented a shared house for a year and the state it was in was disgusting. Not having many options, I chose to live there on the promise that it would be clean by the time I moved in. This was a lie, the worst was gone but it was the bare minimum. Throughout the year, many issues arose, the worst of which was sometimes when the hob was turned on, the power cut needing the fuse to be switched. This and the other issues were never fixed all year despite asking many times. One time we were stuck because the fuse was in a room of a tenant away for the weekend. There was no compensation. At the end of the year, they handed the property to another estate agent, needing it to be presentable. We gave it back in a significantly better state than we had received it yet we were handing with a huge cleaning fee taken out of our deposit. Avoid renting from this malicious organisation as much as you can.

She was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions, as well as going above and beyond to explain the process and get back to us with any information she didn't have at the time.
