I rented a property from them for 3 years, they were always willing to help with any problems I had quickly and efficiently. If only all letting agencies could offer the same level of service the world would be a better place.

They were prompt and helpful with their support at the start of the process, and kept me informed and consulted throughout what was a challenging period to be a seller. Particular shout outs to Laura and Tammie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and they were always positive. Would definitely use Your Move again in future.

First time buyers so a lot of this is really new to me and Mrs but Jacks and Harrison were great at replying to questions and providing reassurance. I like the offer that it's a lifetime service given by Connells so the one-time fee doesn't feel too bad Application has just been accepted so not much else to say but overall great - can't fault em! PS Didn't realise that lenders do so many checks - feel like I can do the Credas app in my sleep now lol

Superb communication and always contactable- which is rare with most other agents we've experienced. Jon got us the best price and guided us through negotiations. Carol really knew her stuff and she was more knowledgeable and on the ball than our solicitors! I cannot recommend Davidson Estate Agents enough!

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)A brilliant agent.Great find. Met and interviewed Sami the owner this Monday morning, due to fantastic promotion and marketing let my property within 24 hours. Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.

10th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

30th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)A huge thanks to all the team at Horton & Senate! An exceptional service from valuation to completion. Justyn, Jennifer and Robyn were always on hand to make the entire process of selling completely stress free. We were in a rush to get our house on the market as we had our heart set on a house we could potentially loose considering our house wasn’t even on the market. Within a week it was photographed, listed on Rightmove and a block viewing booked in for the Saturday. It was sold within a week. They offer such a personalised service which is hard to come by with estate agents. We will be highly recommending you to family and friends. Thank you for helping our family secure our forever home.

Helen has been our key contact in relation to the purchase of our new home and she has been extremely accommodating, supportive, agile and resilient to ever changing circumstances and needs. From the minute Helen introduced herself, we knew we were in good hands. The client service from Helen has been excellent from the start to the finish of the transaction. I’ve appreciated Helen’s clear communication, transparency and integrity throughout the process. Buying / Selling a home is a stressful experience but by working with professionals like Helen, it makes life so much easier. 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Made a complaint, got a call from Belvoir with the man on the phone threatening to rip my head off etc. At their office a man aggressively marched towards me, threatened to beat me up. He had to be restrained by 3 female staff.
