Do not associate yourselves with this company, they are scammers and they don’t have any remorse over what they do , they are a dodgy company and I don’t recommend. Stay away , before you regret ever associating yourself with them .

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Cottons, especially with such amazing staff like Albina!

They provide very poor service and charging expensive bill for their low quality service. Never answering their phone calls. They issued an incorrect invoice with an incorrect description. Even I requested a correction and they refused that. I will make a complaint to HMRC as they provided me false invoice against the services I received. Also my tenants comlained me about them as Connells gave them false info regarding the property and they never answered their phone calls.

2nd Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Quite a smooth process where you are walked through the stages by the different individuals responsible. The branch manager also oversees progress and offers advice if you stray off course. They don’t set unrealistic expectations and tell it as it is.

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.

Whenever I've popped into their office, it's been a friendly and welcoming environment. I recently bought my first property through them and I'm definitely looking forward to doing more business with them. I highly recommend their services!

4th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)We were extremely interested in one of their commercial properties and immediately made an offer. To speed up the process, we asked if they had a partner law firm or a recommended one, believing this would help secure the property quickly. Despite having our own trusted law firm, we decided to trust Siddall Jones and use their recommended lawyer. BIG MISTAKE. Despite numerous follow-ups from their recommended lawyer, the process dragged on endlessly. Ultimately, the seller withdrew our purchase and sold the property to another buyer! Throughout this entire ordeal, neither the lawyer nor Siddall Jones bothered to help us follow up or communicate with the landlord. As a result, we lost the chance to buy a prime property. The landlord’s reason for withdrawing was that they received another buyer's deposit, which we were ready and able to provide as well. But NO ONE from Siddall Jones communicated with the landlord to understand his requirements, leading to this loss. This fiasco cost us a prime property, wasted our time, and drained our money on mortgage applications and pre-purchase legal costs. Totally unacceptable! DO NOT TRUST this company. They do not care about their clients AT ALL.

30th Aug 2024 (16 days ago)We engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house. From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market. They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for. They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful! They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us. When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us. We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!

Very bad experience initially started good until the figures came in, that was a shocker & way too low I did feel pressured & harassed by calls etc. Felt They wanted an instant descion & gave false information which I checked out with my solicitor, I did get a few apologies about the initial recommended value admitting it was low. What if I had agreed??. Avoid this company and their associates give them a wide berth.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
