Do not associate yourselves with this company, they are scammers and they don’t have any remorse over what they do , they are a dodgy company and I don’t recommend. Stay away , before you regret ever associating yourself with them .

4th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Worst service experienced from Dixon Erdington. Those who are trying to rent or buy, please keep in mind that they will ditch you at last moment. They will not even say the exact reason for the issue and they will waste our time.

10th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.

19th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I rented a house from them, everything was fine, but after a year, mold and a damp smell appeared in the house. I turned to them, and they said that they would solve this problem themselves, although this is their task. As a result, we decided to just move out and found another house. Fortunately, at least the deposit was returned.

She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
