Chiara dealt with my property and she is a real asset to the company. Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)

23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)We purchased a property through dixons which was sold via i am sold the support and help from the dixons team was impeccable the support from all three Dan Zoe & Shaneen was amazing e had a load of issues with the seller however these guys really offered me the support and further responded in a fast effective manner liaising effectively with i am sold, the conveyances and myself will defo use these guys again when i come to buy/ let a property again xx

Charlotte, who looks after all the after sales admin, worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the process from sale to completion. Each time I sent an enquiry, I had a response within the hour. That’s fantastic customer support.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Extremely disappointing and deceiving. I travelled all the way from Manchester for a viewing in Birmingham and the house wasn’t the one they showed me on Rightmove. The person was really sweet and warm but it pissed me off that they cheated me like that, I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve let me know that it was taken when I messaged them all the details as soon as it came up. They even told me we’ll let you know when the viewing starts so you’ll be in queue. Horrible never going to Genie homes.

Nothing was ever to much trouble, the communication, patience and professionalism was outstanding. Iv already recommended them to family and friends. 2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)A huge thanks to all the team at Horton & Senate! An exceptional service from valuation to completion. Justyn, Jennifer and Robyn were always on hand to make the entire process of selling completely stress free. We were in a rush to get our house on the market as we had our heart set on a house we could potentially loose considering our house wasn’t even on the market. Within a week it was photographed, listed on Rightmove and a block viewing booked in for the Saturday. It was sold within a week. They offer such a personalised service which is hard to come by with estate agents. We will be highly recommending you to family and friends. Thank you for helping our family secure our forever home.

5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rouds estate I would say has the best service out of my experience in property for over 20 years Saagar is a gentleman the owner of Rouds estate agent who i put all my trust into helping me from A Z after making my investment in birmingham coming from London After saager was nakeesha wounderfull she went full swing on renting out all the 7 rooms in a HMO with in a time frame of a month and and half really like the way she speaks so sweet
