Tara, Emmie and layah were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help us and were extremely helpful. Everything was dealt with quickly and Tara, Emmie and Layah were great at communicating with us. Overall a great experience

25th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)From start to finish I couldn’t have been happier. Shout to Eugene Doyle! He came round and instantly put my mind at ease. I was selling my late mother’s property so it was still all over the place. Eugene talked me through every step that would be happening. Was respectful and down to earth the whole time. So much so I recommended him to others and I would personally only deal with Eugene in the future if I got a choice. The whole team were great though

Vicky has been absolutely incredible throughout my purchase, proactive, professional, and went above and beyond (even working extra hours before her holiday!) to ensure we exchanged on time. Her communication was faultless and she made a stressful process feel seamless. 5 stars!

They always kept me up to date so I knew what was going on at every step of the way, I would happily recommend and use them again

I chose Smart Homes as they were the most realisic when it came to price, lower than the other 3 quotes I got, I was not disappointed. From the very start all the Staff who I have made contact with were really so kind and helpful and encouraging., The people who did the viewings (mainly Rob and Claire I think) did a great sales job on my behalf. They always had time to answer my questions and gave me feed back from each viewing the next day. I could not have got better service anywhere, So thank you Smart Homes you are great.

3rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)My Parents house was already on the market but it didn’t seem to be moving after a few months so we spotted Bayzos & decided to ring & get them out. Phill promptly came out to value my late parents house, what a really lovely guy, he was very professional & extremely compassionate as he understood this wasn’t an easy process for us, he took time to explain everything that we needed to know & was completely honest. We were extremely pleased with Phill & Bayzos and to be honest was gutted that we in the end we didn’t need them. As we suddenly we got an offer on the house and we accepted. Sadly we had to ring Phill and let him know we had an offer and couldn’t continue to use Bayzos . Phill was great & very understanding and told us if we needed anything, he was there for us to give us any advice. Even in the later weeks while the sale was going through he was still checking in every so often seeing if everything was going ok. So if ever in the future we need an estate agents Bayzos will definitely be top of the list .

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

From the First day I asked to view the house I was interested She has go above and beyond to make the home we want our dream home. I would 100% recommend to buy with this easte agent Maisie has been in the other end of a phone call or email if I need her. We were very impressed with them and in particular Sunny who kept us up to date with all information even before our solicitor or our actual Estate agents did. In view of this I have recommended Arden to family and friends.
