19th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)House buying is stressful! Hunters were the least stressful part of the process and the various parties we needed to communicate with. They were helpful in communications and prompt with responses. They arranged multiple viewings for us so we could measure up etc and check things with various surveys. Thank you for being so cooperative and making the process smoother!

We felt totally relaxed asking questions and the guidance given as the sale proceeded was very clear. Of particular help was the regular feedback we were given. This was so important to us and we felt we were always part of the team. From the moment Steven outlined the selling process to us, through all the detailed management by Louise, we always felt at ease, confirming that we had chosen the right team to sell our property. Mainly dealt with Yvonne, she kept us upto date with everything through the process, was very supportive and helpful,. Would recommend.- 4th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)We have just sold our flat which, due to the market and banks, took a long time. In the end we sold by auction. At all times, Nathan, Matt and Shaun at the Saltaire branch were very responsive, pleasant, helpful, and willing to discuss and give advice on our next strategy. On more than one occasion, the help was above and beyond what I assume is their job description, for instance when the final completion was done in a rush, Nathan went round to the flat to check I had left nothing behind. Many thanks.

They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.

The team were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and they kept me updated during the process. Things moved quite smoothly overall and they were professional to deal with. When we were shown around the property, his attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for really stood out and it gave us great confidence in both him and the company. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
