From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

30th Dec 2024 (20 days ago)Having bought our previous home from Wilman and Wilman, we knew the next time we were going to sell ours it had to be them! The reason why we chose them originally was down to the fact we were looking to move into a certain area and they called us with the most perfect property to see if we wanted to view it first- we put the offer in as soon as we did. That, is exactly the type of company you want when selling your house- proactive! When it came to us re-selling, we were blown away with their service. We spoke to every person in the office several times over and they were all amazing. Luckily for us, we were inundated with people wanting to view our property, all the staff at Wilman and Wilman were amazing and ensured that the viewings were lined up in perfect order and got a plan together. We have to give Alex a special shout out; Alex was who originally called us about buying the house, so we wanted to use Alex specifically for re-selling. Alex continued to keep us informed, going above and beyond what we would expect (have had from other agencies) and always remained professional. Towards the end, we were talking almost daily where Alex was ensuring that he was keeping both us and the buyer updated and working towards the end goal. Like I mentioned above, never have we experienced such a great service before from an estate agent company- if it’s a debate with who to use, use Wilman and Wilman.

2nd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

7th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
