Friendly, down to earth, professional and really helpful! We put in a offer the same day and was accepted very quickly. Alex knew we had a time limit on when this needed to complete and he was just so helpful and the communication throughout was top notch! He made this process so easy for us as first time buyers. I cannot Thank you enough! I highly recommend Clarkes Estate Agents for your buying or selling needs they will not let you down. Top Rated service, if i could give you 10 stars i would, Thank you so much again!

House viewings conducted in a respectable manner. Basically a very pain free experience with the sale. Great team, highly recommend.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Fisks (Wimborne Branch) to find our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Emma, who initially booked in our viewing and showed us round the property, was incredibly helpful and we had a really comfortable viewing, not feeling rushed or pressured at any point. We put in an offer on the property the next day, which was handled extremely efficiently and almost immediately accepted. The best part of working with Fisks was receiving communication at every step and even if there was no update, our agents would check in to see how we were proceeding with our Solicitor's and offering their support in getting our purchase finalised on our behalf. After our offer was accepted, Emma even accommodated a second viewing so we could show our daughters which was a lovely touch for us to be able to share the moment with our children even though it was time out of her day to do so. Claire, who also helped us in the process, was also very welcoming and professional. We highly recommend Fisks to anyone in search of a new home due to their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you, for helping us find our perfect family home!

13th Jul 2024 (14 days ago)We have recently sold our flat in Westbourne.My husband has owned it for 27 years but due to getting older and health issues he has decided to relocate to Canada.we had to leave before the sale was completed and Matthew Theobald went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth sale for us,helping us with all the technical stuff we had to deal with.Being seniors we are not terribly.computer literate and without his help not sure we could have achieved it He was so professional but also extremely kind and helpful at a difficult time in our lives.I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of our friends and family.Other staff in.the office were also very friendly and helpful

Lauren from the team has been a great help in the initial process and I have had no issues in my one year renting through this service. I'm now in my second property with them and any (only minor) property issues have always been actioned quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)We had a horrendous experience buying a house with Connells in Southbourne. The process was extremely slow, and they were consistently unresponsive. We constantly had to chase them for updates. Once they took our money, the after-service was absolutely shocking. After over 7 months of worries and anxiety, we didn't even get the property. Avoid if you value your time and sanity. They basically tried selling us a house without having all the correct documents. ????????????.

From first valuation visit to completion day, the whole process was seamless, with various bumps along the way dealt with professionally, excellent negotiation and resolved successfully. They are a kind, hard working team who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent to deal with the sale of their home. Good value for money too, they are worth every penny. 9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)After making a business buying and selling properties and always using the same agent we decided it was worth giving a different agent a go at selling for us. This has been our biggest mistake. Asking Palmer snell to sell one of our flats has been chaos and stressful. Within just a few days of signing the contract and being told the property would be listed we became concerned why the property was nowhere to be seen. We contacted the agent who assured us by the next day it would be live online for sale. Imagine our frustration after daily calls, one week later the property was still not even listed. Every day we were told, tomorrow. In the end, I called the agent and said I wanted to terminate the contract if they couldn’t get the property listed that night. So that night a photo of the outside of the building with no description appears online. The next day I called the agent to ask when the information will be put on and all the photos. They said tomorrow!! We decided to leave it 48 hours and call back. At this point, I also discover it’s being sold as a freehold and not a leasehold. Again we are told, don’t worry we have people viewing the property. We will get the information up. Obviously, people would view the property just to see what it looks like rather than viewing it because they like the photos. Here we are now 14 days later still nothing online except the outside photo. No floor plan, no photos, incorrect wording. The agents are refusing to let us out the contract and refusing to post the legally required details to sell a property online. They have now informed us that we have no right to sell it with somebody else and they will be making no effort to get the ad appropriately live and running. As you can imagine, this is a financial disaster when selling a rental property. I hope if anyone reads this, they know never to use Palmer snell.

I have worked with many estate agents over the years and I can quite honestly say that I was impressed with Simon’s professional approach and attention to detail. Throughout the process he kept my daughter well informed about the progress, he did a good job of communicating any issues that came up and skillfully facilitated communication between all parties. I can recommend his company to anyone purchasing or selling if you want to get a bespoke service that is better than what is usually provided by larger firms.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
