Though the most recent meeting with him will not result in us listing our property due to a positive change in our circumstances , we would have happily listed with Dave and his team if things hadn`t altered. We have however bought a property in the recent past from Dave and I am very confident to say any prospective client is in very good hands.

They were both so great to deal with, so quick to come back to us and so knowledgable when we had questions. If you’re looking to let somewhere, Denisons are fantastic, I would highly recommend.

Mandy in particular was so great and really looked after us! Would really recommend using Moveon, it is clear customer service is important to them!

Also even when i explained regarding my interest in the property there was no valid response. Would never recommend. ????????????

David provided an excellent service from start to finish and has been very professional, welcoming and friendly throughout. Communication was brilliant, every call/email and text was very promptly responded to, we made multiple viewings to the property to source builders and this was all arranged very imminently on request. I could not be happier with the service provided, big thank you to David who helped secure our first home.
11th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Hettie was very proactive, approachable and tenacious and from the beginning was an excellent communicator, setting up a WhatsApp group with us so that she could keep us up to date and answer our questions quickly. She was highly professional and worked hard to ensure her sellers' interests were protected, but as the buyers we felt confident and supported by her too. We were on a tight schedule and we thought it might not be possible to complete on time, but she made it happen by tirelessly chasing up the chain and pushing for completion. We highly recommend her and the team!
