22nd Sep 2024 (12 days ago)Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I explained I would be away when the ad went out and was reassured this would be ok but felt a bit pressured to respond to things when I’d explained I wouldn’t be able to. This is probably an unusual situation though.

25th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)As seller, I had to chase up everything..they did not put any effort in my sale...even viewings were done unprofessionally..feedbacks sometimes texted, if at all.. hopeless.. i would say too many properties on their books

From the very start, they were more than helpful, guiding me through every step and making what I thought would be a stressful transition into a surprisingly smooth process. Moving is often fraught with issues, and, as luck would have it, we encountered some unforeseen circumstances. However, Daisy and Felicity's kindness, support, and outstanding communication truly made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt secure and well-informed throughout the entire process. One of the highlights of our experience was when they reached out to check in on us after we moved in. I special mention about Isabel in particular. Her attitude, knowledge and attention to detail make her a top tier agent and and absolute asset to the company! Only rating 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option!

Ben and the rest of the team in Battle Office couldn't have been more helpful. charming and professional. It was the first time I've bought a property on my own and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. They definitely deserve 5+ stars and my sincere thanks.
13th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)We were buying a house that Crane and Co were selling, first impressions were fantastic. We originally dealt with Amy who was great. As she went on maternity leave, we were given Lynn as our negotiator to the sellers we were buying from. Considering it wasn’t officially our house yet, I was called everyday, sometimes more than once a day and including one Sunday, being chased for updates and information I couldn’t provide. I felt this was extremely unprofessional, and had the sellers been chased as much as we was, we may have completed quicker. As it was our first house we were buying, this was a very stressful experience and very disappointing.

16th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)We approached Phil after a really disappointing experience with a high street agent. Phil was a world away from day 1. He gave us honest advice, got fantastic photos and then worked really hard to get us an offer. Phil also negotiated with our sellers agent to get a good price on our new house. It didn't stop there though, he helped us through the whole process right up until completion. Phil recommended a fantastic removals firm and has contacts with solicitors too. We highly recommend Phil, in fact we've already recommended him to others.
