We had plenty of viewings arranged by them & had an offer within a week of being on the market which was great. We thought that the team were all really friendly and had excellent communication, such as having regularly email updates without us chasing which we really appreciated. Tanya and Grace were great throughout & helped us in ensuring we completed on time! We would definitely recommend Edison Ford.

The people I had contact with were Lucy and Paige. They answered my queries quickly and efficiently. They were really kind too. I would certainly recommend them to anyone selling a property.

24th Apr 2025 (0 days ago)I would appreciate an update every now and again. I have called the branch several times but I haven’t been able to speak to anyone who is dealing with my property. I have no idea if it’s normal to have two viewings since tge property was listed or if the price is too high.
13th Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

Considering Rue had only been in the job for a week or so she was very professional, smart, knowledgeable about the area and extremely polite. I would highly recommend Woods if looking to rent a property, the process was easy from start to finish.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The welcome pack I received when I moved in was unexpected but a really pleasant surprise, the move in and out was an uncomplicated process and would definitely use Romans in Swindon again if I ever move back there, I highly recommend them.
