They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

She’s knowledgeable, honest and very professional which gave us confidence in our purchase. The support team (Vanessa, Rebecca and Josh) held up superb communication, managed their seller client perfectly and progressed the transaction of a 4 sale chain with precision. I can’t fault them and would highly recommend.
2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
