29th May 2025 (15 days ago)Strutt & Parker Chelmsford were very professional and performed extremely well to deliver the sale of our house. Stressful, eventful and time consuming but throughout it all they showed their strength of character and determination to deliver the sale. It was a team effort, led by John Seward, supported by Sharnie, Esther, Fiona, Lydia and Luke. If you are selling your home, I can honestly say you won’t go wrong engaging with this team.

From the moment Kieran showed us the property to us completing yesterday they have been flawless. Kieran was smartly dressed and knowledgable on the property, he was very respectful to the owner and didn’t try and blag answers to questions he didn’t know and instead found out the answers and let us know. Terri is a Saint. She has been so patient with us and was professional throughout. If I were selling I would be highly confident that Connells will do a great job for you and from a buyers perspective they were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. They answer calls quickly and get back to you when they say they are going to. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for helping us with our move to Billericay ????
2nd May 2025 (6 weeks ago)I had an exceptional experience with Ashton White while renting a property in Billericay for 2.5 years. From the beginning, they made the process of finding and moving into a great property incredibly smooth. Throughout my stay, their team was consistently helpful and responsive. There was one instance when I locked myself out, and Ashton White's response was immediate and reassuring. I called them, and Chris arrived quickly to assist and arranged a spare key, saving the day. Whenever I needed assistance, whether it was a maintenance issue or something more urgent, they were on top of it. They were quick to send an engineer and handled replacements for essential appliances like the washing machine and fridge without any delay. Dawn and Chris, in particular, were fantastic and always ready to help. The process of moving out was also straightforward and stress-free, a testament to their excellent customer service. I'm truly thankful and grateful for the outstanding support Ashton White provided during my time in Billericay. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and supportive letting agent! Thank You xxx

31st May 2025 (13 days ago)Service was wonderful at first in my sales process -listing the house, great photos, board up promptly. But as soon as the house was under offer, the service fell off a cliff. The estate agents representing the house I'm buying can't get hold of CDC, even for urgent queries, so come to me. My buyer had a survey 6 weeks ago which sparked a bit of renegotiation. This could have been relatively straightforward with prompt communication but over a month of chasing CDC and we're no nearer resolution (and almost every time I call I speak to a different team member who is now covering it with no idea of background or what is going on.) I've tried establishing deadlines - those Im buying from are getting nervous- but these are ignored. I've told them since I've signed a gazeal for my purchase I need to keep moving forward, but this is ignored too. I dont know if its lack of capacity, or competence, or simple disinterest, but their inability to offer the most basic support is pushing me to the point where I'll have no choice but to walk away from an advanced sale and start again. I'm only hanging in there because were got so far down the line, and its not the buyer's fault. But that can't go on forever. I genuinely feel this process would have been less stressful and moved more quickly had these estate agents not been involved at all. Such a shame.

Very knowledgeable about the properties for sale and all communication was responded to super promptly (even at odd times of the day). We viewed properties with 5 other agencies and Carter Remy by far found the best balance between being informative without bombarding our inboxes. Accurate suggestions too not just sent all the houses on their books. I would recommend Craig and Carter Remy
