15th Oct 2024 (18 weeks ago)**Review for Mux Estate Agents** I am extremely dissatisfied with Mux Estate Agents following my move into a new property on September 27. From the outset, I encountered numerous undisclosed issues that have severely disrupted my family's daily life. The cooking facilities have not worked since day one, making it impossible for me to prepare meals for my two children, one of whom has autism. This has forced us to rely on takeaways, which is neither healthy nor sustainable. The emotional toll this has taken on my family is significant, as we are deprived of the comfort of home-cooked meals. In addition, I’ve faced ongoing problems with damaged blinds and fixtures that were not mentioned prior to my tenancy. Despite my repeated reports to Lauren and Amber at Mux, my concerns have been met with indifference and misinformation. I have been told that contractors would be sent to address these issues, yet no one has shown up. To make matters worse, I have encountered severe internet connectivity problems. I’ve taken multiple days off work to deal with these issues, only to discover that every neighbor is facing the same lack of internet access—a critical deficiency that was never disclosed to me. I have incurred substantial financial losses while paying full rent for a property that lacks basic functioning facilities. Malik informed me that if contractors were needed, I would have to shoulder those costs, which is unacceptable. The heating and other functional issues are affecting every household on this estate, yet I am left without support or compensation from Mux Estate Agents. This ongoing situation has left me feeling victimized and unsupported. As a tenant, I have rights under UK law, including the right to live in a property that is in a reasonable state of repair. Mux Estate Agents has failed to uphold these standards, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I urge potential tenants to think twice before dealing with Mocks Estate Agents. Until these issues are resolved, I will continue to document my experiences and share updates publicly.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

We were with the other agents 7 months and only had 2 views. The whole team were amazing, they followed the progress of the sale, and supported us right to the end. I highly recommend them.

Harrison was a great help with all viewings, and a special mention for Bryony who went above and beyond during the process. She often worked on her days off to help push through the sale, and consistently provided excellent service.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 30th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

13th Feb 2025 (4 days ago)Initally an amazing pitch making it unique ie small firm, personal touch. Made out they’d be amazing photographs rather than phone pictures. I’d say they were the same. 10 grand over valuations in area so eventually had to drop it. Pressured into leaving property even though chain sale didn’t go through/ money not gone. Waited hours in limbo with no property in dark with children, yet the people buying house just wanted keys and wasn’t moving in that day.
