Over valued, under sold. We went with Complete based on seeing them sell in our road previously. Unfortunately, our process was not smooth sailing after we accepted an offer that was then recinded. We then didn't get any viewings and were told by Complete to reduce our price twice (despite them valuing the house, and us accepting their valuation as given). We did reduce twice, and although we had the house on for offers over, we were finally encouraged to accept an offer under. We were promised a plethora of viewings on sign up but in reality, we had only had 20 viewings booked and 18 turn up in almost 14 weeks on the market, and that was including 2 open houses. Some of this was down to the original photos being poor and having to be redone but then we missed the algorithms on Rightmove. We often felt some of the agents were apathetic, and some were incrediably patronising, especially if we were presenting as anxious due to different issues that arose. We didn't have one consistent agent either and seemed to be managed by 3 or 4 different people, which at times hindered communication. To be fair, Amy was great and explained things well. We were tied in to Complete for 16 weeks but if we could have changed agents at 8 weeks, we would have done. Also, it often felt that although we were Complete's paying client, it didn't feel like it at all, and they made some decsions that caused quite a bit of stress to our children, both of whom have additional needs. We explained this to Complete several times but we felt this was disregarded.
