I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen

All the team are professional and so helpful. Justine kept us up to date with our sale and has been outstanding throughout. We can not thank them enough for what they have done.
18th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)I cannot recommend wisdom estates enough, we had the pleasure of meeting Matt Ferrari who went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He kept us updated and he couldn’t accommodate us enough with viewings of the house that we had purchased. I’m surprised he didn’t start Charging me petrol money the amount of times I wanted to pop back to the new home but it was never too much trouble and if Matt could manage it he would. I only wish Matt Ferrari was selling our home as he was efficient, polite , and extremely on the ball with everything. If your buying or selling your house I couldn’t recommend wisdom estate Sidcup enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have Matt as your estate agent you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything you did for us Matt we really are forever greatful.

The valuation process was easy and quick. The photo process and marketing was all to a high standard. Communication was excellent all the way through our sale and so we would highly recommend James Gorey Estate Agents for purchasing and selling.

15th Jan 2025 (15 weeks ago)Ashton Reeves Agents are very nice with you in the beginning. Me and my husband invested a lot of money and time to refurbish the garden which it was very bad when we moved in and they didn't mention anything about that when we left. We gave them 2 months notice period. When we moved out we was left without the support we expected regarding the holding deposit. This created a lot of stress for me and my family. The entire process until we received our holding deposit was frustrating and unprofessional. There's absolutely NO Communication between Landlord and agents who work at this agency. I would not recommend this agency if you are looking for efficient and reliable services.
