28th Aug 2024 (11 days ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy

Always available to speak to and responded quickly to queries through email. Didn't need to ring my solicitor as the up-dates provided by the Office were on point so saved me time whilst working. Excellent 10/10 and would use again. Fees were competitive against other Agents too.

9th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)I very rarely write a review it’s not something that I do but I feel that in this instance it is more than warranted. If I could give Lynne at your move 10 stars I would. We have been through a very difficult complicated house sale that seemed to go on for ever, we spoke to lynne and emailed daily sometimes 2/3 times a day and nothing was ever to much trouble. Lynne for us went above and beyond dealing with our solicitors / the difficult buyers solicitors and the mortgage company’s once lynne had a goal she was relentless in piecing all the parts together to make our sale happen ifor us lynne was in charge of everyone / when she was not in we found that instructions had been left for other members of staff ( who were also great ) on our situation so that we never felt at a loss end. She is professional/ reliable / straight talking and to us she has also become a friend Thank you so much team your move at Swadlincote you’ve been fantastic
31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)I am a first time renter, I traveled to Nottingham to look at letting agents to rent as I wasn't having any luck online. They were the first agency I saw, they instantly booked me 2 viewings a day later and I managed to get one of those rentals. No other agency in Nottingham (I pretty much went to all of them) got back to me or found me a viewing. FHP have replied to all my emails very quickly and have helped me every step of the way in moving into my first rental. Very happy with their service and I couldn't recommend them enough

I would receive constant updates no matter how big or small and was never left in the dark. They made the whole process from start to finish as smooth and stress-less as possible and I knew I could always rely on their help where needed. Would absolutely recommend these agents to anyone. Cannot thank you enough!

20th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
