Our primary points of contact were Tanya and Sana- both of whom were super helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. The move-in process was very smooth, any questions were answered quickly, and the whole experience felt straightforward. Also worth highlighting: property maintenance has been genuinely excellent- any issues we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and properly. Highly recommended.

6th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have been extremely happy with the excellent service from Tom Brooks at Stephensons Estate Agents . From our first meeting I found Tom to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable . We instructed Tom to help sell our late parents bungalow . This property had its challenges , however Tom did much research and found solutions along the way . He kept us fully informed at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed . Tom was always available to speak to at any time of the day which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend using Tom at Stephensons to sell your property.

Vicky was my main point of contact and helped me through the viewings and the sale process, with regular updates and feedback and made the whole thing so simple. Thank you for everything. 8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
24th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Dropped price twice, seemed to be marketing our property, came to ‘do fresh snaps/videos, but when we decided to leave we weren’t told there was a ‘cost’ for doing this! £500 lighter now but got rid of them.
2nd Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I can't recommend your move highly enough, especially Emma, who has been has been professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Emma made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even after I had moved in, she went above and beyond to assist me with an additional matter. That level of care and support truly made a difference. Your Move has definitely been the best… spot on from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Outstanding service all round! Thanks again.

7th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)We bought our new home through Clubleys after seeing it listed on Rightmove. We were consistently delighted with the quality, efficiency and professionalism of their service. We could see clearly how they represented and assisted the vendor whilst offering excellent advice and support to us, the buyers. Their clear communication with both parties and their legal representatives made the whole process as smooth as possible. Calm, cheerful and supportive staff really make a difference during home moving. We would recommend anyone considering a move in the Pocklington area to check out this Estate Agent, they were excellent.

Communication and guidance to ensure a quick smooth sale was excellent. All literature and advertising my property was professional, and very informative when showing prospective buyers around our property. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

Buying through shared ownership on my own felt almost impossible at times, and as a single buyer it was that bit harder and more competitive. Incredibly, he picked my name out of a hat on a whim and that one decision completely changed my life. From there, he went above and beyond. He kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and supported me through every step. I truly believe that without James’ dedication and persistence, I’d still be renting now. When he handed me the keys, his genuine care really showed and that’s what makes him such an exceptional estate agent. Thank you for changing my life for the better. Forever grateful ????

She kept us updated, acted in our best interests and was always on hand when we needed answers. The purchase took around a year and wasn’t the smoothest (through no fault of theirs), but she remained proactive and supportive throughout, which we really appreciated.<br><br>As first-time buyers, that meant a lot. We were even given a moving-in gift at the end, which was a lovely touch.<br><br>Would happily recommend Mallinson & Co!

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.
