6th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have dealt with the Your Move Doncaster branch since 2013, and I have always had a great experience. Most of this time was to let out my property in Doncaster - the service received from Emma, Liz and the lettings team was always professional and on the rare occasions a tenant left they always had a new tenant ready to move in straight away. More recently my experience has been around selling the same property, again the service from Katie, Holly and the sales team has also been fantastic. It was quite a slow sale but they were always on hand to chase things up and answer any questions. Basically, I would 100% recommend the Your Move Doncaster branch!

You don’t deal with just one agent everyone’s in the loop so if someone has a holiday your progress doesn’t stop! From start to finish.. 31st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just over a year ago we moved my mother in law into an assisted living apartment. Northwoods handled the sale of her house, her home of 52 years and were the agents for the apartment. Understandably my mother in law was very anxious and worried about the move. But right from the very first meeting, Cheryl put my mother in law at ease and was so kind and loving to her. Sadly move forward a year and my mother in law passed away and it was up to Cheryl and her team to sell the apartment. Again understandably my wife was so upset but Cheryl showed the same compassion to her as she did my mother in law. In fact the whole team have been so lovely and of course so professional. They kept us up to date at every turn and made the whole process so smooth. You get a lovely feeling when you go into the office and it’s matched by their professionalism. Thank you to the whole team at Northwoods.

24th May 2024 (20 weeks ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

24th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.

It was reassuring to have Shaun there for advice and progress reports. We would definitely recommend McArthur Estate Agents and would not hesitate to use the company in the future.
5th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
