4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.
17th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)We couldn't be happier with the service from William H Brown (Willerby) everything was dealt with quickly and we was always kept upto date with everything that was happening. Lucy was very professional when coming to value the house and explained the process to us and how everything would be done. Aimee and Wiktoria were fantastic in dealing with everything to do with viewings and made it all easy for us to do, was kept upto date with everything as it happened and feedback. We are really happy with the service they provided and we would definitely reccomend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. Thankyou very much Ladies.

Originally went through them 10 years ago to set up rental agreement as a tenant and over the years they've handled tenant changes etc well. Recently been switched to them managing our rental rather than the landlord and have been very happy with the experience. Amye has been particularly approachable and helpful with queries and repair requests.
5th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I recently had a valuation booked with Laura Harvey and I could not recommend her enough. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted to achieve. She was not at all pushy, unlike some other estate agents, and she was not just there to make a commission. She cared about my end goal and helped me to achieve it. I could not be more grateful and would definitely deal with her again should I need to. Thank you so much for all of your advice and support!

If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

Estate House, Proud Cross Ringway, Kidderminster, DY11 6AE(54 reviews)14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I agree with most of the reviews on here; the service D&D offers is painfully slow, and I found a few of the staff pretty rude and unhelpful. We inquired to view a property that was for rent, which I found on Right Move, and when I called up to ask about it, the lady turned around and said if we can offer you a viewing, you'll hear from us and wouldn't talk to me about the property. Two weeks passed, and I received an email to view the house, which we attended. The lady at the viewing was nice enough but told us to contact the office if we were interested, and wouldn't engage in a conversation; except we overheard her talking to the previous person viewing the house, and it pretty much sounded like the deal had already been sealed between them, which is rather annoying as they just wasted our time. The house was nice, and we were seriously interested in the property. I called straight after to advise we would like to proceed, and I was told a telephone interview would happen the following Tuesday. This then got cancelled a few hours later, and despite chasing the office several times, I was told that a telephone interview wasn't guaranteed due to the vast interest in the property and that the property manager wasn't available. We've since viewed another house with another estate agent, signed a contract, and are moving in, which was all done and agreed to in less than a week. Funnily enough the house we viewed is still showing available! I would honestly not waste your time with this company. While I appreciate that you have a lot of interest in lettings, simple manners and basic communication is key.

She has been proactive, easy to get hold of and responsive to problems.would definitely recommend. I bought the cheaper pay up front package where you show people around yourselves which worked very well for me and I believe it is better for viewers as you can give more time and know your own house so can give full information.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!
