27th Mar 2025 (29 days ago)We completed with this estate agent in February, nearly two and half years we have been trying to sell our house and Janis at the Hagley branch has been brilliant, we lost the first property we were buying with them but managed to secure another and we have to say that she has worked so hard for us, she even chased the company for the lease, thank you Janis and the team I can’t praise you enough. I would use the Hagley branch again, the amount of hard work that went into our sale/purchase and they never faltered.

7th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.

24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

From the time our house went live on their site we had sold and completed the sale within a two month period. The whole team were very professional, they kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased both our buyers and their solicitors to keep us all on track.

Kaya was always on hand to answer any questions and give important advice, and handled all of our viewings then gave excellent feedback after each one. Our onward purchase was slightly more complicated than we had hoped and the team did everything they could to make things run smoothly until moving day. Thank you to John, Kaya, Alex who we dealt with directly and the rest of the team for all their hard work.

9th Apr 2025 (16 days ago)No communication at all from them. They are a company that only care about money. Have previously had to get council health and safety involved for them to do something. Have sent not gas safe engineer to cap gas. Now fighting to get deposit back. Don't bother using them.
