18th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Barnard Marcus of Covent Garden are excellent estate agents. The Branch Manager is Francesca Lewis. I was contacted by them a few months ago, and they have now sold my two bedroom flat in Pimlico. The money is now in my bank account gaining interest. My optimistic asking price was £550,000, and Jake Tharp, the Assistant Branch Manager, managed to achieve a respectable £530,000, with property prices in London falling all the time, and a potential general UK financial crisis on its way very soon. They are all good people, professional, proactive, friendly and patient in a stressful activity for us all. I recommend them to everyone.

22nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Lloyds professionally managed our rental property for nearly 10 years, taking care of any problems promptly and always sourcing good tenants. They have now also taken care of marketing and selling our property in their usual professional manner. Highly recommended.

They also found a property for me and my family which we needed within a week. They organised and carried out all jobs for us and managed every detail. This would have been so very stressful for us to manage. I can honestly say that this is a five star agency You will not regret using Hunt they are experts and a wonderful group of friendly property managers to deal with We cannot thank you enough we are so happy in our new home.

15th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)This is a public announcement to those trying to get a property through Maddison Fox. Stay well clear of this Lettings agency! Shanon Davis the lettings co-ordinator of Maddison fox Loughton branch is very unprofessional and collusive and preys on vulnerable individuals for financial gains. I was initially pressured by Jamie Chappell into paying 6 months rent in advance to secure my “spot” or I will lose my holding deposit, which made no sense as I was eligible to rent on a monthly basis. The communication was very one sided from the pair of them, as they only contacted me when they felt like and did not return any calls/emails when I was trying to reach them. I was given the complete run around during the process of moving in and trying to vacate the premises. Originally I was suppose to move in at the end of October 2023, however they delayed my move in date by an additional 2 weeks, which left me out of pocket as I had to call in the removal team and call off work. Now that I am trying to vacate the premises she is trying to coerce me into extending the lease for another 6 months, even though I have given her 2 months notice before the 6 month break clause which is stated on my contract. She is also is trying to make me responsible to find her a new tenant, which I find hilarious because isn’t that their job? I know I am well within in my rights in my contract. This is just a friendly public announcement to avoid dealing with Shannon and Jamie as they both seem to have hidden agendas and financially motivated interests. This has been nothing but a horrible experience and I would not want anyone else to experience what I have!

7th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Great service, Jayne was very helpful and explained everything to me when arranging a valuation , Chris did the valuation and the report was done quickly, both again helpful when had to extend twice more, then when had to get extended again recently to a long drawn out sale, and just about to complete, I had to again get in touch and Jayne again sorted quickly with the help of James who sent a cover letter for my housing association. So thanks guys, I have finally moved, thanks for all of your help, really appreciate it.
5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Terrible Until you pay everything goes well and then it’s just a joke. Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it
20th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
