23rd Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

I definitely recommend!! Thank you one to one it was a pleasure I would be sure to be back one day

6th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I've just completed on my purchase in Hadley Wood and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria at Statons for all her help throughout the process. From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.
2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

They have great knowledge when it comes to the property market and made sure they found the perfect tenant for my property. They kept me in the loop the entire time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent out a property.

It’s rare to find a team this reliable — I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

20th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

8th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.
12th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

26th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Satnam was superb and does what he says on the tin. Had a bad expierence with a poor agent in town and we ended up giving Lotus a go. Satnam and Elliott delivered, and now will be looking at giving our other flat in June.
