25th Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)I rented a shared property from 2021 until present. Letting Agent John assisted me throughout this process and has been a great point of contact for my whole tenancy. He was professional and documentation was provided for the deposit and contract. Any issues that arised in the property, John would action them immediately. Overall great experience start to finish and I couldnt recommend this estate agents anymore to everyone.

Wendy did what she said she would, found a buyer quickly at a sensible price. This Estate Agents are the ones to go to to sell or buy a house.

And most importantly, they were so friendly! It felt good to deal with nice, decent people. Defo recommend!

I lived in London for 7 years and I rented with numerous agencies, but none of them compared to Intra Capital Estates! Novia and Alistair were amazing! They were always empathetic and kind to any issues or requests we had and promptly solved them. They made the process of renting and ending the tenancy very easy and enjoyable. This was the first time where me and my boyfriend felt happy with an agency. Highly recommend this agency to my friends and family and will rent for them in the future if we return to London.
