From the outset, Nicky and her team were professional, approachable and responsive. After an initial market appraisal, we had several positive viewings which culminated in us achieving a sale price in excess of the valuation. Special thanks to Debbie and, in particular, Mark who ably managed buyer through the sales process. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your North London property needs.

21st Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

But as soon as the house was under offer, the service fell off a cliff. The estate agents representing the house I'm buying can't get hold of CDC, even for urgent queries, so come to me. My buyer had a survey 6 weeks ago which sparked a bit of renegotiation. This could have been relatively straightforward with prompt communication but over a month of chasing CDC and we're no nearer resolution (and almost every time I call I speak to a different team member who is now covering it with no idea of background or what is going on.) I've tried establishing deadlines - those Im buying from are getting nervous- but these are ignored. I've told them since I've signed a gazeal for my purchase I need to keep moving forward, but this is ignored too. I dont know if its lack of capacity, or competence, or simple disinterest, but their inability to offer the most basic support is pushing me to the point where I'll have no choice but to walk away from an advanced sale and start again. I'm only hanging in there because were got so far down the line, and its not the buyer's fault. But that can't go on forever. I genuinely feel this process would have been less stressful and moved more quickly had these estate agents not been involved at all. Such a shame.

Very accommodating, keeping us up to date with any updates on their side and even our need to view the property multiple times was always sorted for us. We can't thank Leigh and the team enough for our first home purchase.

Always friendly, professional, fast to keep us updated and flexible to accommodate an extra viewing at short notice to fit our needs. Would definitely recommend, helped to make the process smooth and much less stressful!!

20th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
