We receive an excellent service and as a family-run business, they bring a personal, ethical and professional approach to everything they do. I mainly deal with Sue and Jaden who are both extremely professional, approachable and efficient, but the whole team is helpful, responsive and easily contactable. The management of our block from major projects to gardening and cleaning is seamless and they certainly make my life as Director easier! Highly recommended and thank you Hamilton Chase!

What truly sets them apart from other estate agents is their proactive approach-whilst others commented it’s a “quiet market”, they consistently booked multiple viewings daily and ensured everything progressed smoothly. Every member of the team we had the pleasure of dealing with was professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Mina, Stephanie, Seta, Omid, Rebecca, and Parvez (to name just a few) were always on hand to guide us through each stage of the process. At the last stage, Mina’s persistence in chasing solicitors on our behalf was invaluable in helping get the sale over the line on schedule. We’re incredibly grateful for the team’s dedication and would highly recommend their services.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

I would definitely recommend their services when looking for a property. Kyri was communicating throughout the whole process and got referencing done within 2 days which I found very quickly compared to other agents I have used. Extremely happy

From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately.
