4th May 2025 (19 days ago)Wasted over six months with Joseph Scott. Property was initially overvalued, very few viewings over six months , The agent dealing with us left and we were only told the day he was leaving, very poor service , Viewings arranged outside of hours when no agent available to accompany. Overall no apology for poor service, was told manager Abbie would contact us to discuss next steps, never heard from her or anyone except a new agent we had no knowledge of trying to arrange a viewing.. They continued to advertise my home without my permission for weeks after the contract ended. Very disappointing experience.

From the outset, Nicky and her team were professional, approachable and responsive. After an initial market appraisal, we had several positive viewings which culminated in us achieving a sale price in excess of the valuation. Special thanks to Debbie and, in particular, Mark who ably managed buyer through the sales process. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your North London property needs.

21st Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

7th May 2025 (16 days ago)I’m very disappointed with how this agency handled my rental application. I was seriously interested in the property, submitted all the required documents, gave them all my personal details, and even paid a deposit as requested. After completing everything, I was suddenly told that the property had been rented to someone else. No prior notice, no proper explanation — just a flat-out rejection after I had invested time, effort, and money. This experience felt completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency to anyone. Just one word WE APOLOGIES It’s nothing for me *I’m still waiting for refund of the deposit

He has also been helpful to ensure I settle in comfortably, serving as a middle man between my self and the landlord to ensure my needs are provided in the apartment to make the apartment very habitable . Thanks ones again Alex, you are a good Man .
20th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
