They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

I was too worried before I started searching for a property because it was my first time and I know that there are lot of things I have to do, but these guys made it effortless. 31st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was viewing a house for sale with the estate agent Donna Faircloth from Woodbury Homes and we had our time slot for 1pm and we waited for our time session but some other couple stood closer to the door and told her their time was for 1:45pm but asked to view early so she told us to wait as she'll show us after these people and so we waited. She eventually called us in while the other couple were viewing the garden and the rest of the house Then we were viewing the kitchen, the other couple were starting to leave so she asked us to wait and shut us in the kitchen so she can talk privately to the other couple. This was a bad experience and was the worst estate agent I have ever viewed with. I hope that Woodbury Homes does call me to explain Donna's behaviour and apologises for her leaving us in the kitchen for so long when she could have just let us view the rest of the property.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
