Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)We found our dream house through Ruby at Stirling Ackroyd in Egham and everything was done and sorted in record time, less than two weeks from viewing the property to moving in. I very highly recommend Ruby who called me up as soon as I enquired about a property and then ran through our requirements so she could show us all the properties that could be a match and booked me in to see several. She was amazing on the day of the viewing and we ended up getting the first house we saw. Ruby was amazing in showing us another property, even driving us to it which was great in order to benchmark and made us realise how much we loved the first one and she even drove us back to Egham after. I have never dealt with a better agent than Ruby and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with her from start to finish.

Geoff and James expertise, professionalism, knowledge, understanding, approach and the fact that they are true gentleman, has made the entire process and experience so very smooth. I have no hesitation in recommending Buckinghams and will certainly go back to Geoff for sales in the future and continue to liaise with James on the lettings side.

3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben

Such a great team, so organised and helpful whatever system they have operating is amazing!! Especially as we are new renters who have been pretty anxious during this process.
