Went way over and beyond in a number of instances, Inc to organise the right solicitors for us. Communication was regular, clear and concise. Highly recommend. Would only use the this firm in fiture for any property matters. Thanks so much for all your help and making this less stressful. Truly appreciated

He is very professional and right from the offer till the completion (which took around 3 months), he was acting as a bridge between me and the seller, ensuring to resolve all the queries, conflicts and making this happen. At every stage he ensures to be very open and makes sure that we are happy in buying the property. He is very unique, so be very open with him on your needs, concerns, queries and he will help you through the entire process.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Wendy dealt with my sale which was complex and drawn out but she did so with professionalism, patience, positivity and perseverance throughout. She regularly went over and beyond, dealing with the various challenges my sale presented promptly and proactively. I cannot thank her enough. She is brilliant and the company are lovely to deal with.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Their communication is excellent. Always someone there to talk to. You will not be disappointed if you use this estate agency.

14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Had a terrible experience trying to view a property as potential tenant. The agent's office first called to postpone by 5-10 min as they were running late, I was fine with that, I was already in the area and didn't need to rush But when I struggled to locate the property in the area, though I was very close to it and couldn't find an entrance, they wouldn't help. Kept telling me off that other parties were able to locate the entrance so it's just my fault. I was on phone with them for over 10 mins, after which they said we are going to cancel my appointment because now I was late. They wouldn't connect me directly to the guy who was on site, a guy called Birju. We ran into him by accident and he initially refused to show us the property saying we are late. Took no notice of our efforts to reach him and our frustration, accused us of being rude, and that he wouldn't show us the property. His behaviour was downright obnoxious in front of women and children. This man shouldn't be allowed in a customer facing role. I didn't mind the property but have no desire to deal with Brockenhurst after this terrible experience.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
8th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Horrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…

2nd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Yes, Foxtons charge a higher percentage than other Estate Agents, but in our experience it's been worth every penny. Shoutout to Jodie Ellis, who has been BRILLIANT throughout a lengthy and complex apartment sale. Without her tenacity and personal approach - regular, friendly updates so we never had to ask what was going on - i don't think our sale would have gone through. (We know of other sellers who lost their buyer - not us, due to Jodie's determination!)
