I would recommend this management company. They answer the phone quickly and put you through the correct dept straight away. Thank you Pam for your excellent service.

Special thanks to Casey and Beth, these two worked so fast and were extremely helpful to us, moving into our new home. Its really good to know, that decent agents still do exist!
We have received a very high level of service. Our home sale has not been straightforward but Bhupesh, David and an other staff members have been very considerate, patient, kind and overall very professional. I would definitely recommend Salter McGuinness.
6th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)My girlfriend had a less than satisfactory experience with a certain employee who showed her around a flat in Colindale. During the viewing he was impolite and condescending, undermining our salaries and saying we could not afford the flat based on just one our salaries, like no ****…? We are seeking to rent as a couple, and our salaries were more than sufficient to afford this property. He then went on to suggest that the landlord would likely reject our application. However, a few days later, he sent us an email stating that the landlord was interested in making an offer. Unfortunately for the landlord, we had already accepted an offer on another flat where we had a much better experience. When we declined the offer, the employee then went on to tell us that we were "a little unfair in how we conducted ourselves but what can you do". Having read reviews from other people, it is apparent that this employee has a habit of treating prospective tenants poorly. A word of advice, treat your prospective tenants with respect and provide better customer service, it is not difficult.

12th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I would rate -0 if I could. This individual named Jon has no shame. I have reported to the police as it seems to be scam. I called this morning to go for a viewing near South Bermondsey. The advert in Zoopla showed an studio with a small terrace. Jon said that he was in the car so he will send me a text with the address. He just send me a post code SE15 1EP in Rollins Street and he said he will meet me outside as he didn't even send me the number of the house like all the agencies do. The appointment was between 1.30 to 2.00 pm. I left my job in my break time to go there. I message him saying I will be before 2 pm, he answered: ok. I arrived at 13.50, I called him, he said: Yes, I can see you, I will be down in a minute. He made wait with this cold for ten minutes outside in the middle of a very dirty and noisy street. I called him back, he said again will be down in a minute, I waited 10 more minutes and I left because he never showed up. Also, from outside the buildings were very old council houses and any with terrace. At this time he didn't even call me back. This is the kind of rubbish service this people, if they are a real agency, are giving.

From their woeful lack of professionalism to their unjustified attempt to withhold £150 from my deposit, the entire ordeal was a lesson in frustration and disappointment. Their sluggish communication left me feeling neglected, and their unethical behavior regarding the deposit left me feeling cheated. I urge anyone considering their services to steer clear and explore more reputable options to avoid the headache I endured.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)To owner, I am Pratik Nashikkar, I visited to your kingsbury office on Wednesday 27/09/2023 nearly 5pm regarding renting house. The lady who was attending us was illiterately rude. She don’t to how to talk with customers. For us searching a house is very difficult but we came on some hope, they let me down. I will never suggest to anyone to come and visit to your office. Even though we ask here regarding 2,3 and 4 bhk along with i am suggesting more than 6 area but the rude answer was check online and make weird faces. Thank you owner for demotivating us.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done.
