The service provided was excellent and they were very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to let out their properties.

6th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)Used Sunny from SH properties to sell a flat. They had 2 viewing in 6-7 weeks. In contrast I had 3 viewing in 1 week with another agent and 2 in the following. It shows you how bad their management is of the property. There was little feedback and I had go constantly chase on a weekly basis. I wouldn't get call backs. They don't advertise on Rightmove. Photographs were poor. It just wasn't very professional at all. It was not a good experience.
13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

18th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

9th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)I moved to Acorn after I wasn’t impressed with another local agent. From the outset I wanted to ensure they truly understood my property and knew every last detail that only the owner knows and wants shared with buyers. They absolutely delivered on this, communication was excellent throughout and I felt the standard of customer service was very high. I’m sure the buyers also felt the same when they realise that Acorn know the properties well rather than hosting a slightly subdued viewing. Additionally, as Acorn are a local agent they know the Colindale area brilliantly and can highlight all the benefits. Their photography and sales pack was also great, including drone photography. Having originally met the owner Jed, his experience was paramount and expert to ensure every detail of the listing was perfect and reflected what buyers actually look at or ignore. They found a buyer within 4 weeks of it going on the market and held my hand throughout the process, kept the buyer engaged and helped me to chase up solicitors both sides when needed. I’d absolutely recommend them for your property sale, as a bonus their fee is competitive too.
